Bought a bath caddy from Landahomeware.com on 27 October 2021. Received it a few days later. Within a few weeks I noticed the paint was coming off. Reached out to them about this. Sent a photo and the response was that it had to be returned within 7 days. The product seemed fine within this period. They are refusing to rectify this inferior product and insist it should have been done within 7 days. What am I missing? The product was R780 with shipping and does not last a month. After sales service shocking!! How do they manage to survive.. Absolutely disgusting. hope this does not happen to anyone else. BAD ATTITUDE BUISNESS WILL NOT LAST
