I bought a plasma stand and a standard whiteboucle swivel chair (there are two colours to chose from, no specific measurements). The products are nice, but the customer service is not so great. I wanted to cancel the Boucle chair (when they initially indicated that delivery was delayed due to there not being a swivel). After delivery I asked to exchange the chair for something else as they have a no returns policy. They would not allow it even though the chair had never been opened and I indicated 5 days after receiving the swivel that I don’t have space now that all my furniture has arrived. This is not a unique couch made to specific measurements of my apartment. It is a standard boucle couch and had I purchased at @home they would have collected it. I would not recommend buying here as they are not flexible. They refused a return as it is “custom” made and it’s something they could have easily resold. I spent R14k in total and after the exchange I still would have spent 14k if not a bit more for the exchange I was requesting. They need to relook at their policy. I also didn’t like the fact that once you have paid there is no follow up until weeks later.

Bought a coffee table two months ago, the quality is very bad😥. The table is cracked and peeling. I have sent pictures to Landa, and I was told that they only replace items within seven days of delivery. Meaning my money gone to waste. Whatever you decide, please don't buy from them unless you have money to replace furniture every two months. Not to forget to mention how slow they respond to queries. If there was a zero rating I was going to rate them zero

Purchased a TV stand from them and less than a year later it’s falling out the wall , drawers don’t close properly, nails not painted over and they make provision for cables . I communicated with owner who said they would look into but more the two weeks later nothing . It’s a regrettable purchase and would advise anyone against it just purchase from a reputable store . If anything it’s just poor quality furniture at exorbitant prices

I had asked them if there was going to be an upcoming sale on their Lina dining table and they said no. Only for it to be reduced a few days after my purchase. Then communication after my purchase was so bad. I was given different delivery dates every time I called. A few weeks after my table has been delivered, it's hard not to see the bad workmanship. I don't even want to try dealing with them for after care service.

I bought a floating TV unit here… I gave them instructions as to how I want the design.. it’s complete nonsense💀💀💀 definitely wasn’t worth the price. Too bad I was desperate so I just took it as is. Just don’t buy here💀💔

Stay Away!!! These people are a bunch of liars. It's now been 6 weeks since I ordered pedestals from them, and all I've been hearing is excuses and lies. If it's not loadshedding, or her drivers being stuck on their way from wherever, then it's her warehouse going days without power! And I've had to be on her tail to even get those ridiculous excuses. According to their website, pedestals have a lead time of 7 - 10 working days, but I've had to wait over 40 days for mine.

Bought a bath caddy from Landahomeware.com on 27 October 2021. Received it a few days later. Within a few weeks I noticed the paint was coming off. Reached out to them about this. Sent a photo and the response was that it had to be returned within 7 days. The product seemed fine within this period. They are refusing to rectify this inferior product and insist it should have been done within 7 days. What am I missing? The product was R780 with shipping and does not last a month. After sales service shocking!! How do they manage to survive.. Absolutely disgusting. hope this does not happen to anyone else. BAD ATTITUDE BUISNESS WILL NOT LAST
