They made me accept a debit mandate for funds that were never paid into my account. It has now been more than 48 hours, and no funds have been received. The lack of customer support makes it even harder to trust that the company is legitimate. I cannot, and will not, be debited for a loan I did not receive. At this point, FASTA should cancel the mandates they have sent me, as I am no longer interested in the loan. Additionally, receiving two debit mandates with different debit dates for a single loan should have raised a red flag.
I app**** for a loan which was approved hours later. They sent a debit check mandate and I approved it by 15:30 on the day in question. I was expecting to receive funds by 17:00 and of course I did not. However, their portal claims that I’ve been paid out. Judging from other reviews there’s a high chance I won’t receive the funds again today. I’m very disappointed in this company
I bought a floating TV unit here… I gave them instructions as to how I want the design.. it’s complete nonsense💀💀💀 definitely wasn’t worth the price. Too bad I was desperate so I just took it as is. Just don’t buy here💀💔
I joined betway in 2020 and that’s when I submitted my FICA documents which were approved. This year however, when I tried withdrawing my winnings they requested FICA documents AGAIN. I’ve submitted the required documents AGAIN and even still my winnings are reversed (for over two weeks now) back into my betway account. At this point I’m starting to believe that betway is a SCAM. I mean, I’ve went as far as submitting 3 months bank statement.. and I’m always told that the matter is being escalated/resolved!!! This is unacceptable??
<p>I've started banking with Absa in May and I've already had it! First when opening my cheque account I was given a card that is typically your savings card though it was activated as a Golden cheque card. Secondly I can do any online purchases, I've lodged a complaint about this at Faerie Glen branch and I was given a Golden cheque card of which was engraved and still nada! For the past 24 hours and has been taking me from one department to another without any progress to later tell me that they can not help me! Why can't Absa be like other banks? Other banks are well organised and give great service! This is one shifty bank</p>
