I had to recover my car yesterday with the help of the police as the owner, Dean, did not know where it was. And did nothing about it when I reported the matter to him. They had my car for 4 days and it is in a worse state than when I took it there. I'm so lucky they did not strip my car and I was able to find it in time. Now I'm in the process of trying to recover my money. Don't make the same mistake I did.
I had asked them if there was going to be an upcoming sale on their Lina dining table and they said no. Only for it to be reduced a few days after my purchase. Then communication after my purchase was so bad. I was given different delivery dates every time I called. A few weeks after my table has been delivered, it's hard not to see the bad workmanship. I don't even want to try dealing with them for after care service.
6 months later and after threatening legal action I received my couch. It is beautiful but the service is not worth it.
Absolute nightmare! I ordered a 3 seater couch during their black Friday sale in November 2022. Six months later, after countless emails, Instagram DMs, whatsApps & threats of legal action with the assistance of Payflex, was I permitted to go view my order. After rigorous negotiation, they gave me an address not listed on their website or any social media and we agreed on a time. When I get there it's an abandoned building. I waited outside with a fellow displeased customer, who commuted from far as well. Despite having made the appointment to come view way in advance. And we tried to call every number listed (customer care, sales & agents) & our calls were unanswered. So we waited, feeling uneasy in the area we were not fami**** with. After 20 minutes, Muji returned my calls & sent someone to assist me. The attendant was friendly and welcoming. And I spent no more than 10 minutes inspecting the product (BTW which is great quality). I then requested to send a mover to come collect it, 30 minutes after I had left. The movers get to the building & are denied the couch. They are told that it's being manufactured. I had to call Muji again, for assistance with this matter. It's a damn shame such products are subject to such horrible service. I am happy with my couch but it's not worth a 6 months wait. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy
