I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from Fidelity Secure Drive. Despite having their tracking system installed in my vehicle, I've consistently struggled to get any meaningful support from their team. Every time I've called for assistance, they've been unable to locate my profile, even when providing my ID number. The promised callbacks never materialize, leaving me frustrated and unresolved. Over the past six months, I've tried to get help, but the lack of service has been appalling. When I withheld payment for one month, their collection team suddenly became very proactive, calling me repeatedly to collect the debt. This stark contrast in service quality highlighted the lack of care for customer issues. I've since switched to a more efficient service provider, and I would advise others to explore alternative options. Fidelity Secure Drive's poor customer service and inability to deliver on their promises have led to my decision to discontinue their service
Using one of your featured sellers was one of the worse decision so far. Used Landa homeware and received worst service ever. I'm not sure what needs to be done to be able to remove them from your featured list, but check theirs reviews and confirm if you still want to do business with them.
Bought a coffee table two months ago, the quality is very bad😥. The table is cracked and peeling. I have sent pictures to Landa, and I was told that they only replace items within seven days of delivery. Meaning my money gone to waste. Whatever you decide, please don't buy from them unless you have money to replace furniture every two months. Not to forget to mention how slow they respond to queries. If there was a zero rating I was going to rate them zero
