Having placed an order 2022-11-30 12:35:51 and paying immediately in dollars at the then current exchange rate, I had bought (or so I thought) my dragon obsessed mother-in-law the perfect gift.
Close to two months later and after constant checking and asking the support team at Knot Wood a.k.a. Landbase Trading Co. Ltd nothing is forthcoming or an honest response as to where my consignment is.
A very brief summary: 2022-12-01 02:48:58 order processed 2022-12-03 02:41:43 shipment had left the sorting center 2022-12-05 02:25:23 shipment was in transit in the USA 2022-12-08 03:51:20 shipment arrived at the customs of USA 2022-12-11 04:43:46 shipment was being inspected at the customs of USA 2022-12-14 04:55:37 the shipment has been shipped to South Africa 2022-12-16 04:51:13 the shipment arrived at the customs of South Africa 2022-12-19 04:32:29 the shipment was declared at the customs of South Africa 2022-12-21 04:57:16 arrived Shipping Partner Facility in the South Africa 2022-12-24 04:47:13 departed Shipping Partner Facility in the South Africa 2022-12-28 05:30:32 the shipment was in transit in the country of destination
This is where the trail runs cold and the response on January 6, 2023, 4:47am was "We can't control the logistic speed, so we are sorry that we can't give you a specific time when the package will be delivered. But we insure you that we will try our best to contact the carrier and expedite your order."
I have asked for an expedited replacement order and an honest response as to the anticipated delivery.
