I ended a rental contract with them February 2022 at short notice, I was told I would have to pay R600 to cancel the contract . However, everytime I tried communicating with they were never reachable. I emailed Angelique multiple times and she ignored my emails !! When I vacated the property she billed me for an extra month , I responded back stating they can used was deposit that was enough to cover all costs. Fast forward to later on that year, they kept sending me telephonic statements that kept acquiring interest. The worst rental company to date, ********* too!.

I would like to take this opportune moment to express my gratitude to Landstar, I'm now sheltered all because of you guys, I recently had a pleasure to work with Thembani Valoyi, I found him a very energetic and a convenient guy to work with, he doesn't only take his job seriously, but also a mindful and a helpful guy who is hands on and answered every question I asked him comprehensively, we need more people like him 🙏

I have been renting from Landstar properties from Nov 23 to Nov 24. Paid my rent when it was due timeously. Now my deposit is due. I should have received it 14 days after I vacated the property, I’m still waiting. Was referred to the property manager, and she has been so rude and disrespectful that I have no words. Escalated to the director, Mike, he is ignoring me. He is yet to respond.

This is by far the worse idiots to deal with espeacially Angel. Stupid person. I contacted her more then a month ago for a place she advertised .she is never available for a viewing and never ever answer her phone . I was interested in a place in Robertsham readen court .she tells me today a few day left for the month to end that some secured the place and sunday she told me she is waiting for the owner he is in overseas. How bad can you be. Does her boss know how she works and is he happy with or is she just racisist. **** up company. I will put it on all media's.

Landstar properties does not pay back deposit.after a year and 3 months living in a flat run by them at Centurion place forest Hill, they are holding my deposit.they have sent me a quote for painting R14000 , which is ridiculous. the one Agent assured me for the refund but she and her office stopped replying to my emails and phone calls.in the time I lived there I have been replacing security gate locks out of my pocket because they don't maintain the building.They asked me to put good word for the new tenant in order to get the deposit and promised to pay me back.these are ****mers if the place was trashed how come the Very next day I moved they had the tenant I convinced move in and pay deposit? am warning the public .

Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, Pathetic Service I started renting a unit from 1 April 2024. All the snags i had asked to be sorted out before i moved it was not done. Its over a month later and still none of the snags have been fixed. My requests just get ignored. Over an above this, since day one of moving in the water running out the geyser is dirty brown. Ive raised this as a health concern and asked that the geyser be replaced / fixed. Till today all Ive been told is that the water needs to be run out of the geyser as there is dust build up in the geyser - The owner refuses to replace the geyser. Its over a month now, ive been running out the geyser water everyday and the water is still dirty brown. Landstar and the owner of this property expect me to pay the full rent for this unit yet i am unable to use the water. We are expected to bath with this filthy water and nothing is being done. I have also said i will report this to the department of health and they still not doing anything about this as they feel its not a health risk. I have also asked that the water be testing so i have proof that this is not a health risk. Anyone can advise how i can go about reporting this to the department of health?

Landstar are the renting agents for the block offlats next door to my house, the rent out 2 bedroom flats to families of 6 and more occupants.... ******* electricity connections running from the main cables across the street.... one of the tenants uses the parking to repair cars and install sound systems making window rattling noise all day and night... complaints to Mr Mike are ignored.. little has been done, on the positive side though... One if the rental agents, a young gentleman Claudio Barreiros has contacted me and is trying his best to sort out the problem..
