Professional and compassionate care from Langamed South Secunda
Langamed South Secunda This review is a bit overdue. I had to phone Langamed South 4 times over a period of 6 months in 2020-2021 for various emergencies, each with their own particular challenge. Once we literally just needed hero or two that did not require actual medical treatment, and they were there in a flash and literally saved the day. Twice it was dire medical emergencies, where Langamed South’s fast response, and immediate stabilisation and transfer were specifically credited by the specialist physician as being critical in the good outcome. The last call was the most difficult, but again they were there immediately, literally willing to risk their lives to give the best care. With each call, they were professional, calm, compassionate and reassuring. At a time when that was what we really needed.

Great service very poor after service
Good Day I just want to write a review on langamed ambulance services, in 2019 they had to come and pick up my 2 little boys at home and take them to the emergency room at the hospital, for that service i will say great they responded very fast and swiftly. Now since then i received a account from them that had to go through to the medical aide for my eldest son. they said that my son is not on the medical aide so i have to pay the account out of my pocket so my argument is as follow. why would my youngest son be on my medical aide and my eldest son not. Now i am being harassed by their lawyers Nicol & Davison to pay the account. I have told them numerous times that i will not pay a account out of my pocket because of a mistake that was either made by Medscheme or Langa Med ambulance Services. currently i have nothing good to say about either companies. i just want to get this out to the public so that every one can chose their operator wisely.

Langamed - Horrible service
An emergency call was made on saterday, 26 September at 18:44 to Netcare 911. Received a call back from them saying that Langamed had been requested to assist with their ambulance service. Netcare 911 paramedic arrived at 19:10. We waited for over an hour for the ambulance to arrive. Thankfully the medic was able to stabilize my wife and the situation did not rely on the punctuality of the ambulance. I would not recommend their services after this experience.

Langamed - Horrible service
