Very bad service and driver take changes on the road that jeopardise my life.

On the 4 Dec 2019 i took the bus back from Cape Town to Riversdalw. The driver arrived late without a y explanation. When we left Cape Town he told us if we want to take a tiolet break we must told him he is not going to stop for that. So when a passenger asked at Heidelberg if we can stop he made such a verbal scene and repeatedly said if we stop at every point for a tiolet break we never will get home. So the passenger express to him that he was late and is not our mistake but we need to go to the tiolet. He angrily told the late to phone the office. Everytime we stop and a passenger climbed off he closed the door without asking if someone wants to go for water or to the tiolet. Then the second bad experience was when a lady asked him just to turn the the aircon off a bit ge switch it off and we sat in that bus getting so warm until 3 hours when he decided to put it back on. Did not asked once are we all ok with the aircon off. The third and real unpleasant was when he overtake a car and a truck had to flush his lights at him .... what if we went head on head with that truck.

I am sorry service is poor and in Cape Town i got a message i must wait BEHIND the stadium. Even the Uber driver said what silly message is that. So i sat there anxiously and wonder if i am at the right place because you cannot wait behind the stadium.
