Dis-chem health insurance ..well i am trying to tell them to cancel my policy after the first day i received the documents. They send an email policy cancelled but still debited my bank account with even more than they quote me. I am trying to get in touch with them but email after email is ignore. I call it fraud.

Today i went to Busamed Paardevlei hospital to enquire about my pensioen money. George the HR treated me like a dog, called me names and say i harassed him and Old Mutual. I must make an appointment to see him. But he do not reply on my emails. Do not answer the phone in the office. Accused me of being rude while he is the one with the racist behaviour.

Today i spoke to Tyron from Bidvest insurance broker about my Bidvest panic buttom insurance. He was so friendly, helpful and explain everything to help me in my request pn changes to my policy. Must say i used the Panic one's and within 5 minutes or less a security alarm response unit came to my assistance. It really works and will refer anyone to get the App from Bidvest. Wish they did pension funds insurance also.
At first when i joined Smarthome i justed payed my installements thinking if i will need them it will be long stories. Well was i proven wrong. My fridge broke. I phoned Smarthome and Amy answered the call. So friendly and professional. She took my details. After a halh an hour technician phoned me and ask if they can now to look at my fridge. I asked if we can do it the following day when i am off duty and at home. The next day professional technicians that you xan see is qualified in what they are doing come and replace the gas and thermostat. The next day they called me to hear if my fridge is working. I am an exciting client off RSA web since last year April 2020. I voted for RSAWEB as the leading Internet provider. My landlord that stay next to me installed RSAWEB last week at his house. On the 1 November 2022 me and my neighbour chat and i ask him is your Internet working now. So my neighbour said no. I ask why. Because RSAWEB did not give him the TP Link router. I was suprise because it comes with installation. So my neighbour told me the send out a technician to look what is the problem. So according to RSAweb he doesn't need a TP Link router because the one he gave is fibre compatible. They phoned my neighbour back and told him the MIE number and router number of him must just be connected to Ocotel provider and he must do it. So today my neighbour send me ,his neighbour and friend to told him on the 28 October 2022 a TP Link router was delivered to me for my neighbour. 1) That is un true. No router was delivered to me for my neighbour. 2) Why will they send out a technician to come to his house and see it is not a TP Link router and still phone him back and told him his current router is fibre compatible and told him how to link it to Ocotel. 3) I NEVER received a router for him on the 28th October 2022. That is blunt a lying to a new customer. 4) GED007 is account number at RSAweb. What will i do with 2 router's and why will i listen to my neighbour knowing that i have his router I am really disappointed in RSAWEB. I feel at this moment i can cancel my RSAWEB.
