worst service ever ,workers have attitude ,

this is the worst place ever i stood in the line from 11 o'clock no one assisting us and 3 o'clock they came to take our document i was told i did not pay for renewal of a drivers licence i only paid for my temporary licence when i told them i have a receipt i was told that maybe they sent it back. I know that's not true they just lazy to look,how can you stand for 5 hours without help and when they want to go home they tell you they dnt have your license.i still need answers to what happened to my drivers licence somebody needs to give me answers and all they know is to take bribes from people they don't actual want to help any one .they are lazy and incompetent's fool of corruption, that place is the worst place ever.they must just close that place because its no use to people its only the workers that actual making money by taking bribes from people.i have never saw anything like that in my life worst service ever workers they rude full of stinking attitude
