I purchased my order online at Edgars online.i chose correct sizes but just after I paid.i saw thier system changed the sizes.i ordered size 12 trench coat and size 6 boots.but thier system changed coat to size 8 and boots size 3.as soon as I noticed that I called online shopping customer care.i spoke to a rude customer urgent who told me it's not thier fault I chose wrong sizes she will call me back on Monday .never called.i called again Monday spoke to someone who said will speak to delivery department call me back still nothing.Today I'm receiving an email that incorrect order will be shifted.im so disappointed I'm never ordering at Edgars anymore.please cancel my order and refund me.
If I can put a no star rating I will I have been communicating with them via email.i logged a dispute as well.they saying they get thier data from experian.i logged a dispute with Experian. They saying I do not have a homechoice account but with clear score it shows I have missed payment which is Incorrect please fix and remove that from my profile because it's incorrect.i logged a dispute with you and Experian I do not have this account you ruining my life because I can not apply for credit remove this from profile.im not sure where are you getting this information because it's not from Experian they sent me my report there is no homechoice account from them
All the information that shows with vccb it's incorrect I have been trying to log a dispute it keeps on loading not submitting online I called them I was sent a test document I told them it's still not working.iall I need is to fix the wrong account and judgements that shows my profile but it's so difficult to log a dispute or to be assisted when you call they tell you do it online .online it's not working .I need you guys to remove this incorrect information or accounts that shows on my name
Car track they ****** they robbing people.do not take any dealings with this company.when you want to cancel the contract you have with them they will never cancel it.with rude consultants from accounts department.i called car track to cancel my account after 3 years it was never cancelled.they blacklisted me and handed me over to nimble group.i paid the whole amount I was owing called them to give them paid up letter and for them to remove it from ITc I was told to pay an amount to be unblacklisted.pay what amount that's nonsense I paid what I owed you please cancel like asked you guys long time ago and remove this account from my ITC and stop ripping people off and teach your consultants how to speak to customers
I'm so disappointed I have been trying to log in since 1st of September even now they still offline.They knew 2 pot is coming and did nothing.i tried to call leave massages still nothing such a big company with this kind of issues it's 4th day now still having same issue
Worst company ever.i have been asking them about a refund when you call them they always tell you the person who can assist is not available.i have sent numerous emails to Danielle she is a portfolio manager in clear water branch .she is ignoring my emails my refund is still not done it's almost 2 weeks now.i sent to her PA as well they just ignoring my emails.earthzone properties is worst property management company.
I spoke to hlayekiso rikotso or teddy what ever the consultant name is .I have never been so disappointed that consultant will take 30 minutes to get back to me you can see they not interested to assist me .I will keep on asking r u still there .I changed my payment date to the 26th I was told it changed .it looks like it was not changed because my account was still disconnected now I have to pay please reconnect my account and take the money on the 26 and hire people who want to work and train your staff for customer service
I have been buying from takealot all along i never had an a bad experience like this before.i bought facial products they delivered wrong things i had to wait another 2 days before they came to collect and now they suppose to deliver on 6th of may even now i have not recieved my order today its the 8th of may.i have been calling them everyday asking for my refund if they can't deliver still no refund .when you call them the customer consultant will say we will call you back. Takealot .com please refund me since u can't deliver all i want is my money so that i can go and buy somewhere else when they can give me what I want.im disappointed im never buying from you again
If was able to select no star at all i would Those people are ****** I took my mitsubishi mirage to them to put a clutch kit i asked them several times if they have the part they said they have it i will get my car same day.i took them 4 days for them to tell me they do not have the part for my car. I told them not open my car i will come and take it somewhere .they still went ahead and opened the car and stole my clutch disc.when told them im coming to pick the car up they told me the gear box is striped. Yho i had to hire tow truck to come and pick up my car and gear box that they striped nd took out the disc after i told them not to service it since they do not have the parts.when im asking for the disc they giving me stupid excuses.bosch honeydew they ****** never ever take your car there.i will go with the police there they give my part
i have purchase at kfc online and chose rock cottage to deliver my food they debited my account but did not deliver my food and never reversed the funds back into my account .kfc online its a scam they scamming people.kfc please return my money back i will never purchase anything from you you such a disgrace.
