They removed my debt review as instructed by my debt counsellors. Then they just put it back onto my report after 6 months. They refuse to now remove it and want to get another removal certificate from my debt counsillors... I dont know how you can remove it, i take on new debt and then, just put it back on incorrectly and then refuse to remove debt review from 2016!!!!!!! I will escalate this matter as this is ******** and prejudicing me! My dispute reference is : SJpRqr3Ck0

The detail on this credit bureau is very outdated. Their website in no help. As I am working out of the country I've attempted to call them numerous times. NO LUCK. It is like talking to a wall. As I am in the process of buying a property this has a severe effect on me.

I am lodging a complaint against VCCB regarding their failure to remove a debt review status from my credit profile. I have: A valid court order confirming the termination of debt review A clearance certificate issued by a registered debt counsellor Logged a formal dispute on VCCB’s website and obtained a reference number Despite this, VCCB is refusing to remove the debt review status and is requesting a DHS screenshot, even though the NCR system is currently offline. A court order is legally binding and should not be overridden by administrative system delays. It is unreasonable to require a DHS screenshot where a court order and clearance certificate have already been provided. I request urgent removal of the debt review status and written confirmation once updated. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the NCR, the Credit Ombud and the Credit Bureau Association.

I forgot the password I used so I tried to reset it. They send the link, I re enter a new password, it saves it and when I try to log in it says user does not exist or password incorrect. Tried phoning but no answer. Useless company

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the inaccurate credit scoring information currently reflected on my profile by VCCB. Despite maintaining a responsible payment history and demonstrating consistent financial discipline, my records with your bureau do not accurately reflect my true credit behavior. For more than six months, I have maintained active credit accounts and have consistently settled these obligations within approximately three months of utilization. These transactions clearly demonstrate a pattern of responsible borrowing and repayment. However, despite this verifiable payment history, my credit score and related records with VCCB have not been updated accordingly like the other bureaus have. This is particularly concerning, as all other credit bureaus have updated my profile accurately and have reflected my repayment conduct fairly and justly. I have already lodged a formal dispute with VCCB requesting that my records be corrected. Unfortunately, the response provided did not contain a clear or reasonable justification for the failure to update my payment history. Consumer credit information is updated on a monthly basis ; however, my profile does not reflect this practice, which suggests that my records may not be processing correctly within your system. The explanations provided thus far appear inconsistent and do not adequately address the issue. It is both frustrating and unfair that accurate positive repayment information is not being recorded, especially considering that negative payment behavior is typically reported promptly. Consumers rely on credit bureaus to maintain precise and up-to-date information, as inaccurate reporting can negatively impact financial opportunities, credit approvals, and overall financial standing. I therefore request an immediate and thorough investigation into my credit profile, along with a full correction and update of all relevant payment history and scoring information. I would also appreciate receiving a written explanation outlining the cause of the discrepancy, the steps taken to resolve the matter, and confirmation once my records have been accurately updated. I trust that this matter will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves, and I look forward to your prompt resolution.
