Closing balance which do not match between email statements and the website portal.
Homechoice is such a ****mer. I am having a problem with my closing balance which does not match on the email statements and on their website portal. I have been paying two times monthly so as to close off my account. Now on emails, my closing balance is R44, 68 of which is the correct amount for my May account. On the portal my closing balance is R784, 70 for the month of May. I have been calling with no response. I would never recommend this company.2 replies

Failure to update Credit Profile.
I am having a terrible experience with the MTN consultants who can not help me with my Credit Update. My account was handed over and paid last year. My credit is not update since then. This is having a very negative impact on my profile. I would not recommend this network at all. Bad service to the core.1 reply
