Kindly furnish our offices with the below documents: * 17.7 Document indicating creditors listed under debt review. * COPY of ORIGINAL proposal sent to creditors. * Form 17.1 and 17.2 * Client Form 16 & Payslip. * Granted Court Order (if available). * Written communication of Court Order not granted. * Consent to be served via email for all Debt Review related queries. Clearance process is held up by this and I was previously promised on this platform that I will be assisted.
Debtbusters previously handled my DR and their service was great. I now would like to request their assistance in issuing the transfer request to National Debt Review Center who are finalizing my clearance process. Im very greatful for the work you have done to make me debt free and will be greatful for the fulfillment of this last request.
Two months later and my credit profile is still not updated. Do these people actually care about the jobs or they think they are doing is a favour by lifting their hands and being productive?
Dekra Vereeniging: Good day Dekra vereeniging failed a 2018 car which was being serviced at the mercedes benz dealerships and only had 1 owner. The seller is now opting to sell her car at Webuycars because you guys are failing to issue report and roadworthy certificate. Belinda diagnosed the steering mechanism by hand and yet the car has steering control module which has to be diagnosed with a machine. I paid R1400 just to told to replace tires and perfectly fine control arms. Can someone please address this matter before I lose a private car deal??
Can you please update my profile? Clearance certificate was submitted on the 30th of March and we are still waiting for this to be updated on the system.
Why is it taking long to update my profile? Clearance certificate was issued to you but my profile still shows that Im under debt review. Can someone assist in resolving this matter?
I have requested a transfer of my RA to easy equities and all revelant documents were submitted. Later received an email from EE stating that Alexander Forbes could not locate my policy. I then found that I had captured a wrong policy number on one of the documents. This error was corrected and all the relevant documents submitted. Policy number 202008040006 and statement were resubmitted to EE and AF financial institution. Its been over a month now and still waiting for the transfer to take place.
I enlisted the help of this company for the debt review clearance certificate. All relevant documents were submitted and sent to the appointed DC. My only problem with the company is communication, I last heard from them on the 5th of Nov and no communication thereafter. They are using a DC from a company called Credex and they also dont communicate much with their clients. Im so disappointed in the quality of service Im receiving from them. I paid R7500 without any issues to them but Im being ignored for the service I paid for. Can someone please assist me with this matter?
Im so annoyed right now. I tried to withdrawing from my employer-sponsored retirement fund and the system stated that Im only allowed 1 withdrawal during the tax year. The strange thing is that I last withdrew from this pot in Sep 2024 so this withdrawal is within the stipulated requirements. Im not sure if my previous outvest savings is restricting this withdrawal since Alexforbes tookover Outvest last 2024. The outvest RA was individually managed Investment and not employer one. Can someone explain this issue so that I can make a decision that suit my personal plans?
On the 6th of Nov I called to correct some incorrect info on my funeral policy. The consultant i spoke to was supposed to correct the DOB on the 2 individuals covered on my funeral policy. Amendments were done but we both noticed that the monthly premium had gone up from R700 to almost a R1000. She then told me that she was going to forward this matter to the underwitter to resolve it. 24 hours later and still no feedback from Outsurance. My monthly premium has changed and the policy start date for the 2 individuals on my policy has also been changed from 26 Sep 2020 to 06 Nov 2025. Instead of this matter being resolved soonest, I keep getting calls to move my home and vehicle insurance to Outsurance. This is a clear indication of how your urgent matters will be treated during the time of need.
