7 months later and still waiting for paid up letter. Account 0278000716620542 was paid up but a paid up letter was never issued. I held my partner's of the Agreement but you are not honouring the final part as previously mentioned. Can someone please assist me i obtaining the paid up letter as soon as possible?

I have requested a transfer of my RA to easy equities and all revelant documents were submitted. Later received an email from EE stating that Alexander Forbes could not locate my policy. I then found that I had captured a wrong policy number on one of the documents. This error was corrected and all the relevant documents submitted. Policy number 202008040006 and statement were resubmitted to EE and AF financial institution. Its been over a month now and still waiting for the transfer to take place.
I enlisted the help of this company for the debt review clearance certificate. All relevant documents were submitted and sent to the appointed DC. My only problem with the company is communication, I last heard from them on the 5th of Nov and no communication thereafter. They are using a DC from a company called Credex and they also dont communicate much with their clients. Im so disappointed in the quality of service Im receiving from them. I paid R7500 without any issues to them but Im being ignored for the service I paid for. Can someone please assist me with this matter?
Im so annoyed right now. I tried to withdrawing from my employer-sponsored retirement fund and the system stated that Im only allowed 1 withdrawal during the tax year. The strange thing is that I last withdrew from this pot in Sep 2024 so this withdrawal is within the stipulated requirements. Im not sure if my previous outvest savings is restricting this withdrawal since Alexforbes tookover Outvest last 2024. The outvest RA was individually managed Investment and not employer one. Can someone explain this issue so that I can make a decision that suit my personal plans?
On the 6th of Nov I called to correct some incorrect info on my funeral policy. The consultant i spoke to was supposed to correct the DOB on the 2 individuals covered on my funeral policy. Amendments were done but we both noticed that the monthly premium had gone up from R700 to almost a R1000. She then told me that she was going to forward this matter to the underwitter to resolve it. 24 hours later and still no feedback from Outsurance. My monthly premium has changed and the policy start date for the 2 individuals on my policy has also been changed from 26 Sep 2020 to 06 Nov 2025. Instead of this matter being resolved soonest, I keep getting calls to move my home and vehicle insurance to Outsurance. This is a clear indication of how your urgent matters will be treated during the time of need.
Poor communication and very sluggish service delivery. I have unfortunately selected this service provider as my new debt counselor for the clearance certificate. Transfer letter was submitted to them twice and still no communication from them.
Can you guys work on your communication skills? I was told to pay aftercare fee of R1550 for me to get a transfer letter and 7 days later Im still waiting for acknowledgement of feedback from transfers department. Why is it so easy for you guys to demand money and not give the service a person pays for? Can someone please get back to me about this matter?
Never trust these people. I suspended their services after realizing that not all my debts were honored although they kept on debiting my bank account as agreed. I eventually paid off all my debts on my own and requested that they transfer my file to a new company. They then proposed that they can issue clearance certificate on my behalf but needed a payment of R3500. I humbly declined the offer since I had paid someone to assist with this. 2 weeks later they send me an email that I need to pay them R1550 for the transfer letter. These people are just ****** ****** and will do anything to suck little money you have for their own benefits.
Im currently trying to obtain a transfer letter from debtbusters after I suspended their services on my debt review. Im currently using another debt counselor but apparently they can't obtain a transfer letter from debtbusters because their request is getting rejected. 17WB form was previously obtained and now I need to move my process to another company. Can someone please assist us in obtaining the transfer letter?
