Examiner Conduct – Langlaagte Traffic Department
Her name is Pertunia Thaole ( Not sure of the last name ) Examiners Infra.No : 495129(not sure if the last 2 numbers / letters are ys)

14 Aug 2025, 08:28My examiner was Pertunia Thaole (name as per my test report). While our initial interaction was polite, her behaviour during the test was highly unprofessional. She remained on a phone call at the start and gave me little to no attention. Before I had even completed the first exercises, she told me I was “going to fail” because I was “not ready.”
During the yard test (poles and straight parking), she gave me incorrect directions — for example, telling me to turn left when I needed to turn right — which confused me and increased my stress. She made discouraging remarks like “you’ll never get it” and kept shouting at me throughout. This treatment made it almost impossible to focus or perform as I had prepared to.
I believe her conduct directly caused my failure and left me feeling disrespected and demoralised. No learner driver should be subjected to this kind of behaviour during a test. I sincerely hope management investigates this matter so that others don’t go through the same experience.
