Poor service and tribalism
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the manner in which clients are treated at the Langlaagte Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC). It is disheartening to witness how poorly clients are handled, particularly when it comes to accommodating individuals who face language barriers. Public service centres should be inclusive and ensure that all citizens, regardless of the language they speak, receive respectful and effective assistance. The assistant name was Mziwesizwe Kentridge

Langlaagte testing station you suck
This is such ****py department.Well most goverment departments are but this one I am reviewing as I experienced it.I dont expect them to reply.I know they dont give a *#*$.How the hell do you pitch up for an appoint early and only to told they in a meeting and we must come the next day.Like we have all the time the world and what was the purpose of booking online.No respect for our time and this place is chaos.It should be shut down.No direction and no one to guide.It just sucks.

Never go to this place, all it is just *******ion & money, I got no money to do what I needed, but they want about R2k to R2500 to fix up my car disc. It is meant to be a free check & new disc since its a fine. All they want is money.
