I sent out a parcel with pudo last thursday, it was still in transit on wednesday, I call them to find out whats happening & the tell me the courier guy only services that area in 2 weeks time, that's **** service.
I've enjoyed using pudo the last few months, as they are quick with delivery, yet today I tried to top up my credit to send a parcel out & all it did 5x was loading, then suddenly I have double credits. Its their app that helps attention badly & stop *****ing peoples money.
I went to pep home in steeldale today to just collect a parcel, I stood in line like everyone does, behind 4 people, get to the front, suddenly from nowhere this black woman just pushes in from the other side on the line, I nicely say, excuse me, the line is over here, she looks at me like dirt & she was here first, thats not the worst part, the pep worker seriously stands up for her just cause she is black, then the woman tells me to footsack white boy, finishes up & just walks out. Pep is becoming very ****** towards whites & should be closed down.
A seller sent my parcel on the 24th of July, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to arrive, the slowest service ever & all the tell you, just relax, its on its way.
I've been using pudo for about 5 months now & had a few issues that where fixed, but this time I booked a locker Friday night to deposit saterday morning, get to the locker & the screen is frozen, call courier guy to get to pudo, they not working today, I must wattsapp them, so I do them & still Sunday morning no help, even with pudo support, no help, but yet they quick to take your money.
If I could give a -10, I would. My parcel was sent over a week ago, still havent got anything & now the excuse is, they cant deliver due to not enough info on the delivery address, yet the the info clearly shows everything needed to deliver, then they will try deliver tomorrow, then its the next day, then they need more info again. Its like they too lazy to do a simple job. Might be best if they just close down for good, as they are useless.
I have been waiting for 2 parcels from paxi, they are both sitting at jhb hub since the 6 & 7 June without any movement, when I try call paxi, the phone just rings & nobody helps you on the wattsapp line. I bet they have already ****** the parcels & don't want to deal with the public anymore.
This is the 5th item I've bought through yaga, all the others went alright, no suddenly this last order I paid & still havent heard from the seller after many messages & even sent yaga contact 2 messages about the order with no feed back, like they don't care.
Never go to this place, all it is just *******ion & money, I got no money to do what I needed, but they want about R2k to R2500 to fix up my car disc. It is meant to be a free check & new disc since its a fine. All they want is money.
I have been dealing with & selling on bid or buy for about 10 years, all has been going well till they changed to bob shop, now suddenly they trying to scam me, as I sold some item a few days ago, I come to cash out & suddenly get told the money is been held back till the buyer gets the items & reviews me, which 50% of people don't review. I finally got the review yesterday & still waiting for me money. I also don't get how you are to pay shipping which is included with payment, if you don't get the money. They clearly havent thought this through, but its us thats suffering.
