Poor service and tribalism

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the manner in which clients are treated at the Langlaagte Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC).

It is disheartening to witness how poorly clients are handled, particularly when it comes to accommodating individuals who face language barriers. Public service centres should be inclusive and ensure that all citizens, regardless of the language they speak, receive respectful and effective assistance.
