Poor service and worst customer service

Lannie Motors are the worst Vw dealers ever. I yook my car for its first service last month... after 3 weeks my car started cutting power. When I called them the lady told me that they changed what they saw fit....okay, the car can't go beyond 60 without cutting power and I can't risk driving to Tzaneen like that...she told me to call Vw SA to send a towing truck...I did. My car has arrived yesterday in Tzaneen at 14h00 until today, it has not been moved. I keep on tracking the moment of the car and it is still standing there. I called them to check the progress and they keep on hanging up the phone once they hear that its me.

I don't have a car, my life has stopped and they're not even giving me a loan car since they're delaying to fix my car. Yoo hay the bad service of this dealer is beyond worse shame. We pay a lot of money for this cars and you're treating your customers as if they are nothing.
