Lannie Motors are the worst Vw dealers ever. I yook my car for its first service last month... after 3 weeks my car started cutting power. When I called them the lady told me that they changed what they saw fit....okay, the car can't go beyond 60 without cutting power and I can't risk driving to Tzaneen like that...she told me to call Vw SA to send a towing truck...I did. My car has arrived yesterday in Tzaneen at 14h00 until today, it has not been moved. I keep on tracking the moment of the car and it is still standing there. I called them to check the progress and they keep on hanging up the phone once they hear that its me. I don't have a car, my life has stopped and they're not even giving me a loan car since they're delaying to fix my car. Yoo hay the bad service of this dealer is beyond worse shame. We pay a lot of money for this cars and you're treating your customers as if they are nothing.

On the 21 of February 2024, I send my wife to take to the Lannie motors at tzaneen limpopo and because of the car was having an engine light on.so they told me that they will run the test for me which is of course I give them a go ahead to run it.and I even tell the service advisor what is the problem of my car,they told that they will get back to me then here it goes I waited for a week and no one was coming back to me with the feedback until I call them on 28th so it was when on Friday they send me a quote for R21013,96 then I told them to go ahead with the work after running the test for a week and they told me that ordered the parts it will take few days and I’m for few days no one get back to me then I did call again it’s when they told me that we did receive parts will come back to you when we done with the car. So until the 19th of march 2024 I called them it’s when they told me that the car it’s fine now but there’s something wrong now so we need to run the test again,so on the 20th of march 2024 they told me it’s a problem with the turbo is got a problem need to be replaced and the quote is R54000 so how did it come here I really don’t understand it and why they didn’t tell me on the first place or IT’s because they did see that I’ve cover with dotsure so they want to make money with me or what is there plan on this please advise on this matter and I told they most not do the turbo on my car I come an get my car.for now I’m no longer happy where I’m here because this car even with the engine light the car was moving very fast an the power was there.even this passed December my car was at the service for 190000 kilos and I still remember this Lannie motors the other service that I took for service they didn’t put water in the engine I’ve to make them pay for towing my car to the house and when I checked it was water problem and the car was there small service and on other side they told me running diagnosis the car an I believe that on diagnostic they where going to see it on first time of 7 day’s waiting diagnosis on my car.cell number 0796431880 email address cedricmamaila@gmail.com CX29SKGP reg number for my car

took my car for service at Lannie motors tzaneen, the person who was assisting indicate as a normal routine she will contact me if any additional work need to be done, after collecting the car within 3km brake pad warning ligt came off, called the service assistant likely since iwas within reach took the car back The car was diagnosed in the presence only to find out the brake pad fade off and i requested to speak to the manager and asked how did they miss that, the manager is so arrogant he said itwas just an oversight and make matters worse this is my second incident with them, i am paying why should i receive sub-standard service, apparently they are using junior technicians wihtout supervision cause if the work performed was checked by the supervisor that should have been avoided

I had a great experience in dealing with France on New vehicles section, acquiring the new tiguan allspace R line was hasle free. From the first call to him he then process my application online, update me of required documents, got the best interests rates for me based on my credit profile, delivered the car and explained everything clearly to me including service period and warranty period and his after sales service is excellent

Went to dealership in Tzaneen Lannie Motors, to repair the boot on my newly purchased Polo Vivo Mswenko. 1. There was no spares for the boot latch in RSA according to the dealer (Wayne) which I later found out there where 4 in Pretoria 2. He said he was not going to go out of his way since I did not even purchase the car from them(Tzaneen Lannie Motors) 3. The was no courtesy car that he could give. The floor was packed with used cars..... the service advisor said all four are gone, Wayne says all five are gone which makes me wonder... 4. He proposed that I should always drive with someone so that they look after the car, imagine....no concern for me or my property at all let alone safety of my family 5. I called VW SA to assist in resolving the problem, but NO the lady said she required 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the problem. After I have told her I am at the dealership and they saying to me they want to close as they cannot help me... no urgency at all... So I have bought a car brand new in 2020 November 1. Boot does not close and there is no spares. 2. There is nothing VW SA can do, so I must just drive around with a car that the boot cannot close. 3. Cannot even have a courtesy car while we all wait for spares. I should mention that I have purchased four (4) VW cars in my time (15yrs in a row) I have never seen such a service or poor concern from a dealer and VW SA. I have received the worst service at Lannie motors on 2 October 2020 I took my car in for a warranty repair ,engine mounting had broken .after their checks they told me the cause was accidental and the accident only impacted on the rear door wheel side ,the car was standing during the acciden,how can that affect engine mounting nobody explained that to me .
