Hi My 2 X Vodacom simcards got blocked 2 days in succession for the reasons that I don't even understand, with the first one (0818985810) I called their call centre to find out what is happening with my simcard being disconnected and was told that the previous owner of the simcard had performed fraudulent activities and was forced to understand as the sim is still new. I was told to go to the vodacom store with proof of res and ID within 30 days or else my simcard will be canceled. I asked if I can email them the documents but they said only the retail outlet can assist. Mind you I'm staying very far from their outlet. This happens after I converted my airtime to 3 days talking minutes. The following day my other simcard that I used for 14 years (0796041763) also got disconnected for the reason that I don't even understand. I sent them a message on Facebook but they are not helpful, I was told that my simcard disconnected because it's under investigation that has to do with misusing the free data bundles services, whereas I have never used any free data service. This happens after I loaded R197 airtime to pay advance of R83,then converted the remaining balance to 5 gig data bundles that expires in 14 days. So I lost my money for nothing. I could have used my R200 to but mtn or telkom datas. I am always buying data bundles as I have a lot to do with datas, I'm surprised to hear that I'm performing fraudulent activities, since when did buying data bundles become fraudulent? I tried to find out what can be done to get my number back as my life revolves around the number, but was told that by the pathetic idiotic consultant that there's nothing they can do to help me other than getting a new simcard. Like I said, I have applied a lot of jobs and other important things with the number. All I want is my numbers back, I had just purchased 5 gig valid for 14 days R99. My other simcard was blocked with 60 talking minutes for each days for 3 days That means I'm losing all my monies together with important numbers I just want help to get my number activated, I'll just port my numbers to other service providers if vodacom don't approve my money spent buying from them.
I have received the worst service at Lannie motors on 2 October 2020 I took my car in for a warranty repair ,engine mounting had broken .after their checks they told me the cause was accidental and the accident only impacted on the rear door wheel side ,the car was standing during the acciden,how can that affect engine mounting nobody explained that to me .
On Saturday the 29th August my wife bought some baby stuff at Pic n Pay mall of the North, later on when Unpacking them at home she was complaining about how things were more than what she calculated. I studied the till slip only to find that she was overcharged twice on Nido baby formula, I immediately called the branch and spoke to Caiphus who asked me to hang up so that he can call me to save airtime as I can't be using airtime for their mistake. He then took my numbers and asked me to email him proof of payment, but in the meantime he'll hand my complaint over to the relevant person. He then promised to follow up even after handing the matter over to ensure that I get assisted. I wanted to go and collect my money but Caiphus denied saying he won't allow me to spend petrol money for their fault In less than 5 minutes I was writing the email I received a call from Meriam who advised that she's busy with my complaint and apologized, she asked me to whatsapp her a till slip as email will take time. Explained the process she'll follow until she finish investigating In less than 20 hours she called me back and apologized again, she asked for my account numbers so they can deposit the money. In less than 10 minutes I received money. Well done guys, keep making your customers happy
I went to Shoprite U-Save in Modjadjiskloof to buy something to drink, I decided to buy Mageu. When checking I realized that about 9 of them had expired in around 20 December 2019 and was packed in a row 3, hidden with 3 that are expiring on the 17 January 2020. I looked around to find a staff member so I can show them but didn't see anyone,I went to the hills and asked to see a manager or supervisor. They sent me to a guy who was at the Kiosk with a cashier,waited for him to finish. He then came out of the Kiosk. I greeted him but he kept quiet and with a rude body language just passed. He came back and I greeted again thinking maybe he didn't hear me, again didn't acknowledge me and just passed. He went to one of the tills and I followed him,asked if he's the supervisor but rudely said "I'm the manager". I tried to connect with him with same attitude but couldn't since isn't my personality, I asked if he's aware of items on the shelves with expired date but he said to me he doesn't merchandize and he doesn't have to know. I said to him I'm informing you that there are expired Mageu's on the shelves, he said me so what? I am asking myself now how many expired items are there on the shelves that our families are buying without checking expiry date, since the manager doesn't even care. I asked his name and again in a rude manner he said he doesn't know his name A short guy with longs dreadlocks. I wonder what did u see when appointing him,he can't even talk to the customers,it's manager's duty to ensure that all expired stock are out of the shelves but this particular manager doesn't care. I'll not let this one rest,if it's how you Shoprite are treating your customers by selling them expired products and care less about them then the whole world should know
I had registered with Barry Kotze attorneys trust back in 2010 as my debt counselor, after a disagreement with how they were operating i decided to make arrangements with my creditors. I then paid up all my accounts,but remained with debt review status. I approached NCR and they advised that i appoint a new debt counselor to claim a clearance certificate for me since Barry Kotze doesn't exist anymore, i searched on the internet and found SACPA whom i applied with and they promised to clear my name in 60 days for only R1200. I paid them in January and February,they then said my file will be transferred to Consumer Welfare who is ADR and are the ones to clear my name. Consumer Welfare kept quiet until i went back to SACPA to ask for update and they said their agreement was that they should update me often on progress. After few days i received a call from Consumer welfare who said they want further R700 to make it R1900 for them to do the job. I made arrangement to pay it even if i didn't want just because i wanted my name to be cleared. That's was the only call i received from them since March or April when we started the process. In July after many emails and phone calls they sent a clearance certificate to all bureaus,which transunion cleared my name, i don't know what's happening with others but Compuscan requested a transfer letter from them as i initially started the process with Barry Kotze. As we are speaking it's 2 months waiting for them to send the letter to compuscan and nothing is happening, i continuously call compuscan but they keep saying nothing was received from Consumer welfare. I approached NCR who sent an email to Consumer welfare instructing them to send requested documents but still nothing and it's now a month, i followed up with NCR but they are referring me back to them The process which was said will take 60 days is now on 6th month, I'm helpless because there's nothing i can do to get them completing my file
I bought clothes for my child on the 24th December 2018 at Woolworths store. I got home and my boy tried them on only to find that shoes were 1 size small, I then put them inside the plastic with it's original price tags on. On the 31 I went to Tzaneen store for exchange but it was extremely busy with a very long queue, I went back home without exchanging as I was in a hurry. I since kept the shoes in the car for the time I get a chance to go to town as I'm staying far from town. Today the 12th January I went to Tzaneen Mall branch to refund them as I already bought another pair for my baby, but a cashier told me that they are dirty and will first check with her supervisor. The other lady (supervisor) who was called told me to go home, wipe the side of the sole with a cloth then come back to refund. I explained to her that I traveled 72,6 km's from home just to refund the shoes, she then went and speak to the other guy called Prince who told her that I must take the shoes and go back with them as they can't refund me. I asked her to call her superior and she went on to call him (Prince), he took his time and came dragging his feet while wasting my precious one. He didn't even greet me as a customer, he just said "are u the one who want to refund?" , I said yes and he said to me where did I keep the shoes for them to be dirty. He further said how can they be dirty if I kept them in a plastic. I asked for the branch manager and the very same Prince said he's in charge as the branch manager is on leave. Your manager in charge told me to take shoes home and give them to someone. How stupid is that from a manager? If I wanted to give them away wouldn't I have done it before wasting my petrol? So I had to drive another 72.5 km's without being helped. How is it my fault that your stock is dirty? How do u put a useless person in charge who can't even ask questions in order to understand? My question is,how can you keep dirty stock at the floor if you know that you won't refund them when customers are not satisfied? Is this your way of cheating sales?
<p>It's quite disgusting to always write about this stupid company with the very same problem that they can't ressolve . </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>After receiving email from Mtn saying that my contract have been settled and my numbers have been migrated to prepaid, I went to the Mtn outlet in Tzaneng Mall to Rica my simcard.</p> <p>A lady who was assisting told me that my fiance should bring her id book So that we can get refunded for a fact that we overpaid, apparently our account balance was reflecting a minus.</p> <p>My fiance went to the branch with her id book for them to log a call So that we can get refunded, to my surprise a rude guy who assisted told her that we owe 300 rands or else she'll be blacklisted. What for? I used about 500 and repayed 1200,which means Mtn owes me over 600 worth of airtime. What kind of service is that?</p> <p>What kind of a stupid game are you guys playing since I was told that my account is settled?how the hell did you migrate my number if I'm still owing?</p> <p>Please maan, pleeease.refund my damn airtime So that I can just terminate my relationship with your pathetic company. Your service is disgusting,your staff is rude and unprofessional, who only cares about someone who takes a new contract only.</p> <p>I need my refund and do it as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday we went to Mtn Tzaneen Crossing to enquire about monies owed to me,a lady who assisted told me there's nothing they can do about our problem since our simcard is now on prepaid .what's that? <p>My fiance took a contract with Nashua mobile over 2 years ago, after Nashua closed sown our contract was transferred to Mtn. Our contract expired in December last year and mtn kept sending us airtime but stopped debiting money from her account. </p> <p>4 months later my simcard ********** was blocked and started receiving payment demand emails. We were told to pay R570 and number will automatically be reactivated and contract will be stopped. </p> <p>I paid money but to my surprise they kept sending me airtime, which was not our agreement.I disputed my money and later I was told to pay R770, which after 2 months increased to R1200.</p> <p>We started receiving calls from their lawyers Norton Lambrianos trust,who promised us to get our simcard back to functioning after payment. </p> <p>We indeed paid and they gave us paid up letter to send to mtn for account reactivation which we did.we were promised that we'll get feedback after 7days and get our simcard activated. </p> <p>It's the second month waiting for them,when going to the branch they tell us stories. Why the hack can't they just activate my simcard like they have been irritating us when they want money? Aaaggh maaan Mr Mtn, just reactive my simcard and send ****** airtime that we were charged for.</p> <p> </p>
