took my car for service at Lannie motors tzaneen, the person who was assisting indicate as a normal routine she will contact me if any additional work need to be done, after collecting the car within 3km brake pad warning ligt came off, called the service assistant likely since iwas within reach took the car back The car was diagnosed in the presence only to find out the brake pad fade off and i requested to speak to the manager and asked how did they miss that, the manager is so arrogant he said itwas just an oversight and make matters worse this is my second incident with them, i am paying why should i receive sub-standard service, apparently they are using junior technicians wihtout supervision cause if the work performed was checked by the supervisor that should have been avoided
I purchased a wallet at woolworths Tzaneen this year costing R399, last week the zip failed to work, the wallet is still in good condition I have visisted the store today still for report it and possibly for them to replace it woth simar one, i was told that they can only refund me R88 that what the system is saying since i dont have receipts but my question was do u except me to keep receipts of all the items i purchase and my reward card was used so it is not possible for the store to track my purchases since i dont freqeunt the store, the assistant said its possible but she failed to check it and i was told that the is out of stock and after the purchase it was put on sale I went as far as asking them to check other stores if they have the product, it was indicated that vereeniging and OR Tambo have and they cant request it from those stores since its on sale but my argument is that i dont want to purchase it but to be replaced but they failed to even to make a attempt to contact their headoffice for advise They was no value for money in that product i bought and i felt robbed by the company imagine R88 for R399 product as refund i am disappointed and to make matters worse i had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the Nico to come and assist me after the 1st assistant failed to explain why cant they get the product from other stores
I have purchased coffee table in tzaneen last year August which i collected and installed myself, during the month of February i contact your branch ans notified them that the table nut dont tightened up, on which i have sent the sales man pictures of the table and area which is affected The complain was directed to the sales person who later resigned at the end of April, beginning of May i called again and communicated with the branch manager to my surprise the lady didnt have any paper work of my complain and told that she just resumed her duties, from the 5th of May i communicated with her and delivered the table back to the store Until the 12th i didnt receive any communique from the shop which on the 13th August i visited the store to my suprise i was told they failed to repair the table then i further inquired if the manufacturer of the table was aware, i was disappointed that the branch manager dont even know the head office extension and didnt bother to find out the manufacture, she had to call polokwane store for the numbers and after attempting to make call thats when she realised that the Head office dont work on weekends I made a call to one of the stores and the receiver of the call at 1st hand indicated that head office dont open on weekends but the manager in Tzaneen store is not even aware of such, i am disappointed on the service i have received from that store and for them not to communicate the matter to me as a customer and also that the table was in the store without customer details meaning that if i have passed on, the table that i have spent my hard earned money would have remained in that store until Jesus come i guess. I am no longer interested in that table i request my refund since the store failed to execute their obligation and it raises questions on how the branch manager was appointed if she failed basic customer care principles of just making a phone call to notify the customer of the challenges or obstacles she is facing, and since the warranty of the product is one year which also failed to survive 6 months i dont want it anymore. On the 10th August 2021 i cancelled an insurance contract with Vodacom and end of August pro-rata amount was not calculated, end of September full amount was debited from my account even after cancellation i have enquired and the consultant said the system re-instated the insurance and the amount will be paid back until to date no amount was refunded. I have called again during October the consultant indicated that the query was not sent to credit department so no progress was made on my case, i called today the consultant told me that the credit department did not calculate the amount to be refunded and no reference was put on my query and she could not get hold of the credit official since she is in the meeting . Four month with no help from the company
This is my 2nd review regarding multi-choice, the 1st review was not attended to, i have made more than 20 calls to multi-choice regarding the over-billing in my account until this day my matter is not resolved i spoke to different consultants and supervisors but none was able to assist, the only they are good is to say ''we have escalated your matter within 24 hours u will receive update, i started to make calls from the 2nd of August 2020 . I even wonder who's auditing this company cause to me it looks like they are overstating their revenue with over-billing customers and i believe there is high risk of fraud happening in this company and governance structures are quite regarding high number of complaints received from customers especially that include money or maybe they are benefiting from the transaction.
Multi choice over billed my account since from the 2nd of August 2021 i have been calling speaking to different consultants without being assisted , worst of all 1 consultant made me to hold for the whole 20 minutes on the line, 1 of them said the supervisor will contact me it was on the 10th of August until now m still waiting
