I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance I was assisted by Letlotlo on a follow up call with regards to delayed documentation that required my signature. Her response was precise to the point. Verification was swift and she promised that the documentation will be delivered today about mid day. It appeared to me that she is quite fami**** with system and has good articulation.
Ms Busisiwe Dlamini, Home Insurance Was on a call with Ms Dlamini, she had a charisma on her presentation of the product. Very clear on what the product does offer and what is excluded from the product. Her scenarios or rather examples where excellent and sparked meaningful conversation around the product and what ABSA is offering. Very call and soft spoken, she has good knowledge of the product and would recommend her so whatever senior role might be on product information. Also she knew where to find the exact wording of the product on the policy schedule which was excellent. I tell you now she must go a do law …… we can have a better country with such personality
Thembisa Joko, was quite knowledgeable on the product for Auto and General. The specific cover I was looking for was around rim and tyre. Unfortunately the product was not meeting my needs but she furthermore made sure that the policy was updated and adviced on other covers, that they are offering which was a good conversation overall and I took some products.
I have been a MiWay client since 2015 to date, with a few cars under the insurance. Of recent I have put a claim-1746625 for acid rain on the body of a car on the 10th of October 2023, to date it has not been resolved. The call is been closed without informing me as a client, I picked it up on my phone app that it has been closed. On follow up, I have been sent from north to south. I collected all evidence, send car for inspection, cost, photographs, to date I still wait for authorisation. Take note this is only a second claim apart from windshield in the past 8 years or so. I have then put a second claim C1776625, since the other one has been closed, it has also been closed as well. I hope I will get feedback from MiWay and get authorisation. Regards Milton Malatji
The team performed great work on the service, it was literally in and out. I was pressed for time, since I missed the appointment the previous day. They were able to reschedule and accommodate me the following. At The service advisor Robert and the technician Emmanuel you guys make car service look like a piece of cake. Keep it up and do the right things.
Premium Banking Excellent service deliver by Maria Molambo, this was with regards to credit card facility, she was straightforward to the point, she knew the product in and out, I managed to save four (4) different trip that I would have made to the bank. Her knowledge on the ABSA bank and verification question where exceptional. Keep it up and make your light shine

Fanele was fantastic consultant with a vast knowledge of car insurance and also his line was clear and he was precise on info require. It was unfortunate that we could not agree on the rates. Some were competitive some not I am sure he will work with his supervisor to get it competitive. We had good discussions. Great guy the business should keep him
Went to dealership in Tzaneen Lannie Motors, to repair the boot on my newly purchased Polo Vivo Mswenko. 1. There was no spares for the boot latch in RSA according to the dealer (Wayne) which I later found out there where 4 in Pretoria 2. He said he was not going to go out of his way since I did not even purchase the car from them(Tzaneen Lannie Motors) 3. The was no courtesy car that he could give. The floor was packed with used cars..... the service advisor said all four are gone, Wayne says all five are gone which makes me wonder... 4. He proposed that I should always drive with someone so that they look after the car, imagine....no concern for me or my property at all let alone safety of my family 5. I called VW SA to assist in resolving the problem, but NO the lady said she required 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the problem. After I have told her I am at the dealership and they saying to me they want to close as they cannot help me... no urgency at all... So I have bought a car brand new in 2020 November 1. Boot does not close and there is no spares. 2. There is nothing VW SA can do, so I must just drive around with a car that the boot cannot close. 3. Cannot even have a courtesy car while we all wait for spares. I should mention that I have purchased four (4) VW cars in my time (15yrs in a row) I have never seen such a service or poor concern from a dealer and VW SA.
