Lansdowne investment company is the management company for Cobbles at the Village at Eye of Africa. As one of the section homeowners we are expected to pay a management fee that is 57% of the utility bill. I raised a concern about my property in March, of which was ignored serval time once I received a response in May. I was then instructed that by Stellah Millwana that I must pay for a service provider to review my request. Once I asked for the quotation, Stellah Millwana said they do not provide quotations the service provider would have to render the services without me being previewed to the costs then I would have to pay for it. Accordingly, to the SA Consumer Act, I have the right to know the costs or an estimate of the cost of which I have been denied. Beyond the above, this property management is not responsive to queries, manages the unit poorly as we have lights and other maintenance issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and poor service while being expected to pay the management fee monthly.
