Poor Service Provider and violation of SA Consumer Act

Lansdowne investment company is the management company for Cobbles at the Village at Eye of Africa. As one of the section homeowners we are expected to pay a management fee that is 57% of the utility bill. I raised a concern about my property in March, of which was ignored serval time once I received a response in May. I was then instructed that by Stellah Millwana that I must pay for a service provider to review my request. Once I asked for the quotation, Stellah Millwana said they do not provide quotations the service provider would have to render the services without me being previewed to the costs then I would have to pay for it. Accordingly, to the SA Consumer Act, I have the right to know the costs or an estimate of the cost of which I have been denied.

Beyond the above, this property management is not responsive to queries, manages the unit poorly as we have lights and other maintenance issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and poor service while being expected to pay the management fee monthly.
