Car damaged and denial from lanseria parking service
My vehicle was returned to me damaged and with my airbag light turned on. After inquiring about how is was possible for such a situation to occur I am being told that they can't verify where this happened as I left already with the vehicle. However there is no pre or post inspection check performed by the company. It works on a he said or she said scenario, if the employee owns up then you are able to claim from their insurance but if not tough for you as you will need to resolve the matter yourself.
This will cost me thousands to repair as I should still ascertain the extent of the damage.
I would steer clear of this company and PARK YOUR CAR IN THE LANSERIA PARKING BAY. Do not park with these people as you will need to fork out money afterward in repairs as they will drive your car any way they see fit as it DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM.

It is very unfortunate that the processes and procedures (which includes amongst others, a pre-collection inspection) that are clearly stated on our booking form was not adhered to by yourself. You did not inspect nor report any damages to your vehicle during the hand over process of your vehicle.
It is a standard policy rule from insurers that, as soon as a vehicle is handed over to the owner and the owner drives off with the vehicle, that any damage identified thereafter can not be deemed as being damage caused by the service provider and will thus not be covered by the service providers insurer. Hence the importance of adhering to the processes and procedures as stated on our booking form.
We regret your experience but do wish you the happiest and safest of travels in future.
