Pathetic parking services at Lanseria Airport

I went to the Airport on the 02/09/2025 to pick up my elderly parents in the DROP OFF/PICK UP Zone. I had to leave my car for a few minutes (like 3 mins) to help push the trolly up the incline as my parents are 75+. In those few minutes my car was clamped, and the officials were so rude saying that i needed to ask permission to do this. It is Afterall a DROP off and PICK Up Zone. There is no sign that says you have to remain in your car at all times or ask permission to help the elderly. the officials were like scavengers that waited for me to leave the car and immediately clamped the wheel. The lady at the ticket office was just as rude and there is no reasoning with her. Its not like i was there for chill sake, I was there for a pickup and was there altogether about 10 mins. The signs need to be updated and the officials there need a reprimand. Who do they think we are.

My elderly parents required help and we had to pay R500 for this. This is the most ridiculous thing that i have ever encountered and these officials need to be reviewed or removed from their positions.
