VERY SATISFIED

I placed my Order on 31 Dec 2024. I received a call to collect order on 8 Jan 2025. I ordered a keyboard for my Proline laptop to replace my older one that had faulty keys. After a bit of a struggle fitting, I got it right, and I have a keyboard that has every key that works.The new part is great! This has been a good experience, what stood out for me was that Laptop Solutions lists the 'old' serial number and model number (from original supplier), which is important when trying to track down the exact part for my laptop. Often equivalents don't work.

The search for my part was not too difficult, my search worked with the model number of the part instead of the serial number. I was impressed that it actually came up with the part that i needed to order. Most websites have very poor search algorithms, however Laptop Solutions worked for me on this order. Further: I found their website very helpful where they showed pictures of the parts, so that a customer can compare with their own original. The shipping was prompt and I received the call to collect as per my request. Often companies do not follow customer requests. Laptop Solutions out sources Courier (MDS Collivery) did.
