Fraudulent trading ???????

I ordered a Dell Inspiron with a 1 TB hard drive. I received a machine with a casing that said Dell Vostro. The hard drive is 257 GB and if you search the about, the specs gives everything HP !!!!! Terrible experience to NOT get what you paid for. The services was extremely fast, but what does fast service mean if you do not get the correct product ! And then one cannot get hold of them to clarify the problem.
