BEWARE!!! It doesn't matter how good the deal might be, if you purchase from these guys they are a bunch of fraudster ***s. ADAM and BRUCE will threaten you (as the the customer) that the owners SUCEED and PORTIA are very dangerous people, their MSP! Any review above one star (which is the lowest unfortunately) is a lie. No Facebook reviews on their page and no Google business profile AT ALL should tell you something about these guys FRAUDSTERS AND SCANMERS. As a warning to everyone reading this, you better off using a hammer and chisel on a rock like a caveman than ever purchasing a laptop or anything from these guys. If ANYONE needs assistance with sueing them or need clarity on this so called "business" don't hesitate to contact me at all. They are fraudsters, stay away!
Do not buy from Laptop4u or TheLaptopShop (same owner). They are fraudsters. We bought a new laptop from them, they sent us a used (and damaged) product which was not the same model as what we ordered. We informed them that we received the wrong product and took all the necessary steps to receive the product we ordered and return the one they sent, but no use, they hardly respond and have not answered any of our emails. They make promises to get back to you but never do. These are fraudsters, stay away from them. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from Laptop4u or TheLaptopShop (same owner). They are fraudsters. We bought a new laptop from them, they sent us a used (and damaged) product which was not the same model as what we ordered. We informed them that we received the wrong product and took all the necessary steps to receive the product we ordered and return the one they sent, but no use, they hardly respond and have not answered any of our emails. Laptop4U pathetic
Please stay away from using Laptop4U. I bought a laptop from them. (Unknown it was faulty).It’s in for repairs now for almost 3 months. After 72 phone calls and 104 emails no one has come back to me. Not even once. Advertise the company hours on website. When you rock up at their door. They are closed.Technition number +27 68 336 5888 works but he can never give you an answer or come back to you. And don’t answer for days. The Owner Haresh Soni also don’t reply or have answers. Most pathetic company I ever dealt with.

Buying from them seems to be a gamble because some people get what they want and some dont so think long and hard about whether you are willing or able to lose your money. They sent me a completely different model laptop to the one I ordered (less specs, lower storage, slower processor, etc.) and I have been trying to get them to collect it for the last 2 months and they keep making up stories about a courier and sending me from person to person. I have dealt with Keith, Nigel and Vince and they each tell me "the courier is coming tomorrow" since May 31. Half the time the phones go unanswered and they even refused for me to courier it to them at my own cost just so I can get my money back

Scam!!! The laptop I received did not match the description. Customer care is not existing. I complained several times via email, phone and chat. They kept telling, that they will find an alternative, but never came back to me. The strategy seems to be to wear you out!

Scam!!! The laptop I received did not match the description. Customer care is not existing. I complained several times via email, phone and chat. They kept telling, that they will find an alternative, but never came back to me. The strategy seems to be to wear you out!

Poor Online/Whatsup Service, and poor English skills
Hello, I just wanted to say I thank the good Lord above that I found this site! I was getting ready to order a R 12,000 Apple Mac Pro from this company, but after getting some bad vibes, I typed in, and googled "Reviews on Laptop4u" and got this site. I was hoping I would find some information on this company. I only decided to look them up; when today they didn't even bother to converse with me through their little icon they have on the bottom right of the screen. I did speak to them a few weeks ago... when I was still researching all the different laptops there are to buy in my price range. On that day they did respond back to me, but I found their English skills to be a bit poor. The tenses were not correct etc, and after each question I had; they took about 5 minutes to get back to me. Then.... they just left me hanging and never said goodbye or, "Sorry but we are busy right now" etc. I thought that was a bit odd, but tried to blow it off. Today, however, I was ready and able to finally buy the laptop of my dreams. But after being stood up and made to wait.... for nearly an hour with no reply - I decided to google them and found this site. I'll also say that during my last conversation with them.... I asked about the laptop in the picture that says the battery has only 122 cycles on it. They then told me that one was sold already, but they had a rather new one with only 518 cycles. However, the website plainly says that every laptop shown in the pictures.... is indeed the one for sale, but not so with me! Also no power cord or charger was listed along with the laptop, so make sure and ask about that. Note: ( Strange that today... over six weeks later...the same laptop with 122 cycles is still listed for sale, but it was sold even back then. ) My rating here may not mean much in the end, but I felt I should add my 2 cents. I did not buy anything from them, but did feel uneasy when I was online with their rep. He didn't come across as a computer geek of any kind of savy person. I felt like I was trying to pull teeth to get each answer out of him. Why did I even come back to that site after over a month away? Good question....lol. Actually, because now I have the funds and was doing some last minute checking and just happened to land on "laptops4u" again. I had totally forgotten my experience with them before, because.... as I said; "I blew it off" Well, today after no one replied, it brought it all back to me, and so I googled them for any reviews. Maybe there are some good people working there, and if so.... I'm sorry, but hey... your company should also be responding to all of these negative reviews and should be trying hard to make things right. That would go a long way.... as you know what they say about silence..... it makes people wonder! Taking the 5th.... is not good business!!! Cheers.....

Fraudulent trading ???????
I ordered a Dell Inspiron with a 1 TB hard drive. I received a machine with a casing that said Dell Vostro. The hard drive is 257 GB and if you search the about, the specs gives everything HP !!!!! Terrible experience to NOT get what you paid for. The services was extremely fast, but what does fast service mean if you do not get the correct product ! And then one cannot get hold of them to clarify the problem.
