Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency
<div>After the first candidate they sent me quit unceremoniously because she got another job (which I had been told is not possible as they are contracted for a year!) and the replacement they gave me put my kids in danger (not using child lock despite multiple reminders leading to my 4 year old opening the car door on the highway). They were unable to find me another candidate but also refusing to refund my placement fee (despite also being unable to find me ANY candidates to review/interview for 2 - 3 months). I ended up having to pay another placement fee to another agency who sent me some great candidates. The team was also very nonchalant about the inconvenience they caused. They kept my money even when they were in breach of the contract to provide me with an aupair for a year.</div>

Took my money and "ran": Shoddy service, pretty ****my, extremely arrogant
After the first candidate they sent me quit unceremoniously because she got another job (which I had been told is not possible as they are contracted for a year!) and the replacement they gave me literally put my kids in danger (not using child lock despite multiple reminders leading to my 4 year old opening the car door on the highway) they were unable to find me another candidate but also refusing to refund my placement fee (despite also being unable to find me ANY candidates to review/interview for 2 - 3 months). I ended up having to pay another placement fee to another agency who sent me some great candidates. Its clearly hit and miss with these guys and I would be foolish to work with them again. The nonchalance about the inconvenience they caused was particularly vexxing. In fact I consider the whole thing they are running a major **** if things like this are possible and they keep my money even when they are in breach of the contract to provide me with an aupair for a year. The audacity to start spamming me a year later ****erally on a monthly basis!) asking if I want to work with them again is actually impressive.

They take your money, send faulty products then send you from person to person with no resolution
Buying from them seems to be a gamble because some people get what they want and some dont so think long and hard about whether you are willing or able to lose your money. They sent me a completely different model laptop to the one I ordered (less specs, lower storage, slower processor, etc.) and I have been trying to get them to collect it for the last 2 months and they keep making up stories about a courier and sending me from person to person. I have dealt with Keith, Nigel and Vince and they each tell me "the courier is coming tomorrow" since May 31. Half the time the phones go unanswered and they even refused for me to courier it to them at my own cost just so I can get my money back

A scam and evidently a big gamble: delivered the wrong laptop (cheaper model than I ordered)
Buying from them seems to be a gamble because some people get what they want and some dont so think long and hard about whether you are willing or able to lose your money.
