Training courses for Au Pair / Tutor etc (6 in 1 bundle)
I am extremely disappointed that I had to pay my hard earned money on this "what ever"! No bibliography was provided to substantiate any of the information provided in the courses. Students must believe that the personal experience of the writer is a truthful source of information. A lot of copy and paste work from one course to another was clearly evident. The worst advice would probably be the first aid on choking: " Grab him by the ankles, turn him upside down and pat him on the back" Even advice on cancer causing foods and meal planning (don't eat this or that) are provided. Allergies are purely based on the writers experience and not on the the Big 9 list. (Note that the writer is not a dietician or a medical professional) Grade 7 is apparently Intermediate phase and 8-12 is Senior phase ? I am not even going to talk about the information given on homeschooling. This is only a small bit of the issues. There are hundreds of positive reviews on the courses (which we re**** on). This meaning that all those students paid to learn unverified content. I would really like my money back.

Great agency and good service all round
Thank you to everyone at Little Sunshines Agency who assisted us with our au pair journey. Though our first candidate sadly wasn’t able to stay with us due to a change in university schedules both her and her replacement were very well matched and the replacement process was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended to any family seeking out the services of an au pair agency.

Great agency and good service all round
Thank you to everyone at Little Sunshines Agency who assisted us with our au pair journey. 11 years with Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency and still totally impressed!
I feel that I should share my experience with this agency for others to know and also to express my gratitude. My husband and I have used the services of Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency for the past 11 years and in this time we have placed 4 au pairs with this agency and 1 remedial school facilitator. All our candidates have been perfect for what we needed at the time and all were impeccably well matched to our family. I can say that over the years no matter who the person was that assisted us the experience has always been professional and diligent and the ladies have always been mindful of our needs as a family and selective in terms of the profiles we have received. My youngest child was recently diagnosed with ASD and when we reached out for a remedial facilitator the ladies at the agency were once again able to assist us and to guide us which we were immensely grateful for as we have never needed a facilitator before and it was all very new to us and very daunting but they really did go the distance to help us and to put us at ease. I cannot stress enough how this agency has helped me over the years. If I have a question about something they are there to answer it and to help even years into a placement. I have recommended this agency to countless colleagues and friends over the years and I have never heard any of them come back to me with anything negative. My youngest sister also started using them after my experiences and she too was very impressed. Her au pair has been with her for 3 years now. No matter if we were assisted by their Johannesburg or Durban office over the years it has been a pleasurable experience with every member of the agency. I write this today as I believe the ladies at this agency deserve to know how appreciated they are and what a positive impact their work has in the lives of the families they have helped over the years. On behalf of my husband and my children, and my sister, I want to thank all of you at the agency from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work and dedication to helping us over all these years. Little Sunshines Au Pair Agency
<div>After the first candidate they sent me quit unceremoniously because she got another job (which I had been told is not possible as they are contracted for a year!) and the replacement they gave me put my kids in danger (not using child lock despite multiple reminders leading to my 4 year old opening the car door on the highway). They were unable to find me another candidate but also refusing to refund my placement fee (despite also being unable to find me ANY candidates to review/interview for 2 - 3 months). I ended up having to pay another placement fee to another agency who sent me some great candidates. The team was also very nonchalant about the inconvenience they caused. They kept my money even when they were in breach of the contract to provide me with an aupair for a year.</div>

After the first candidate they sent me quit unceremoniously because she got another job (which I had been told is not possible as they are contracted for a year!) and the replacement they gave me literally put my kids in danger (not using child lock despite multiple reminders leading to my 4 year old opening the car door on the highway) they were unable to find me another candidate but also refusing to refund my placement fee (despite also being unable to find me ANY candidates to review/interview for 2 - 3 months). I ended up having to pay another placement fee to another agency who sent me some great candidates. Its clearly hit and miss with these guys and I would be foolish to work with them again. The nonchalance about the inconvenience they caused was particularly vexxing. In fact I consider the whole thing they are running a major **** if things like this are possible and they keep my money even when they are in breach of the contract to provide me with an aupair for a year. The audacity to start spamming me a year later ****erally on a monthly basis!) asking if I want to work with them again is actually impressive.

Denying applicants
I have had the worst experience with this company as an au pair! They are lazy and rude! I have app**** for several positions in which I am qualified and experienced for and they constantly make it impossible to apply! They tell me my CV had been sent when it Infact had not! Their job is to put au pairs and families together but instead they keep us apart! Please do not waste your time with them!
