<div>After the first candidate they sent me quit unceremoniously because she got another job (which I had been told is not possible as they are contracted for a year!) and the replacement they gave me put my kids in danger (not using child lock despite multiple reminders leading to my 4 year old opening the car door on the highway). They were unable to find me another candidate but also refusing to refund my placement fee (despite also being unable to find me ANY candidates to review/interview for 2 - 3 months).

I ended up having to pay another placement fee to another agency who sent me some great candidates. The team was also very nonchalant about the inconvenience they caused.

They kept my money even when they were in breach of the contract to provide me with an aupair for a year.</div>
