They are fraudsters, stay away.
Do not buy from Laptop4u or TheLaptopShop (same owner). They are fraudsters. We bought a new laptop from them, they sent us a used (and damaged) product which was not the same model as what we ordered. We informed them that we received the wrong product and took all the necessary steps to receive the product we ordered and return the one they sent, but no use, they hardly respond and have not answered any of our emails. They make promises to get back to you but never do. These are fraudsters, stay away from them. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from Laptop4u or TheLaptopShop (same owner). They are fraudsters. We bought a new laptop from them, they sent us a used (and damaged) product which was not the same model as what we ordered. We informed them that we received the wrong product and took all the necessary steps to receive the product we ordered and return the one they sent, but no use, they hardly respond and have not answered any of our emails. A scam and evidently a big gamble: delivered the wrong laptop (cheaper model than I ordered)
Buying from them seems to be a gamble because some people get what they want and some dont so think long and hard about whether you are willing or able to lose your money. They sent me a completely different model laptop to the one I ordered (less specs, lower storage, slower processor, etc.) and I have been trying to get them to collect it for the last 2 months and they keep making up stories about a courier and sending me from person to person. I have dealt with Keith, Nigel and Vince and they each tell me "the courier is coming tomorrow" since May 31. Half the time the phones go unanswered and they even refused for me to courier it to them at my own cost just so I can get my money back

Bad service
Please do not buy from them, my wife bought a rose gold IMAC from them. The camera was not working and sent it back foe repairs in the first week, up until today she had only bad service with no date when she will receive it back. She has phoned, mailed and whatsapp them and they just say they will phone her back but never do.

Please do not buy from them, my wife bought a rose gold IMAC from them. The camera was not working and sent it back foe repairs in the first week, up until today she had only bad service with no date when she will receive it back. She has phoned, mailed and whatsapp them and they just say they will phone her back but never do.

I got the laptop.
I won’t lie, I was sceptical reading all of the reviews on Google and Hellopeter but I bit the bullet and purchased a laptop from these guys. The delivery took time as it should but overall, I’m happy with the product I received. I communicated to them throughout the process and ultimately got exactly what I wanted. Do your due diligence but my experience has been good.

I got the laptop.

Absolutely horrendous service
Do not ever do business with this company. They delivered the wrong laptop to my house two weeks ago. Since then it has been a constant struggle to get them to come and pick it up and deliver the correct one. I have sent numerous emails, which just go unanswered. They never answer the phone. And they also don't respond to Whatsapps. As it stands, they have my money and, nearly a month later, I still don't have the correct laptop.
