If you are considering signing up because you saw an ad recently, DO NOT. The gym at Newspaper House in Cape Town CBD shut down suddenly without any warning or communication to its members. Phone lines are disconnected, no way to contact Ignite to find out what is happening. They have also disabled comments on their social media channels and revoked access to the app for members of this branch. My 12-month contract that was paid upfront has not ended, but I can't even go to another location because they have revoked my access from Ignite entirely after shutting down this branch. Honestly, the bright side is that I did pay upfront and they don't have my banking details because there would be no way for me to cancel a debit order other than disputing with my bank otherwise. Insane to just shut down a location with 0 communication or warning and revoke memberships.
They sell stolen goods. Do not buy from them. You will likely not get any packaging or accessories if you get your laptop at all.
I switched over to Jenny after my previous internet solution not working out the way I wanted at all. Reading the reviews on this page, I was admittedly a little apprehensive during my first dealings with them. However, I am one very satisfied customer. They were incredibly responsive and answered every question and concern that I had. If you are lucky enough to have Geraline in their sales department assisting you, you will know exactly what I mean! Geraline is a total rockstar, and sorted everything out for me quickly. Gibson and his team came to do the installation and were friendly and efficient. Big thank you's to all of those people. As for the service itself, I have yet to have any problems. The speeds are great and consistent, and I am finally getting exactly what I pay for, unlike with my previous arrangement. If you're looking at Jenny as a provider, I would definitely say that you give them a try! Keep up the good work guys!
