Absolutely horrendous service

Do not ever do business with this company. They delivered the wrong laptop to my house two weeks ago. Since then it has been a constant struggle to get them to come and pick it up and deliver the correct one. I have sent numerous emails, which just go unanswered. They never answer the phone. And they also don't respond to Whatsapps. As it stands, they have my money and, nearly a month later, I still don't have the correct laptop.
