Tow in service does never shows up
This was the utmost worst service I have received in my life, this persons has no way to talk to a person and are all in there for the money they cannot communicate on the phone they send whatsapp which is very unprofessional they make you wait for more than 2 hours before they assist you and send someone on behalf of them to you who cannot assist you in any way and prep the vehicle for what reason I have no idea I will not recommend the company at all.

05 Dec 2019, 15:19Sorry that you feel that way about our company. WRT to the Whats app's we only ask for location details, this is a form of confirming your booking with us, and that the driver can get to the client ASAP without destination hick ups!
