I bought the Ford Bus on 4 April 2023 and before leaving the shop we have noticed that the “lift” seats is not working properly and immediately brought it under the attention of the sales person Benjamin, someone came and confirmed that they will order the part which did happen and they have installed it. On 5 April 2023 (next day) we brought the bus back confirming that there is a problem with the clutch as it does not release in certain cases, the bus was taken to the back and they confirmed it is needed Q10 all should be in order now. We went on holiday ans this was previously told to the sales persons and the service department at Bosch service centre as we have booked it a while ago so we went away the weekend and on the Tuesday 11 April 2023 we again called and said the clutch is doing the exact same thing our bus went in again and came out again confirming all is in order. In the same month my bus went in again for engine mountings that had to be changed this was twice and on 9 May 2023 we again confirmed that the clutch is giving the same problems, we took the bus in again and again in came out everything in order. My bus was there again last month for the cv joint that had to be replaced and I called again on Friday 29 September 2023 with the clutch problem once again, again I took my bus in Monday 3 October at 7:30 yesterday afternoon I was called to confirm that the clutch kit has to be removed and they have to get quotes to replace it. i have emailed the sales person and the lady Linde van Rooyen who assisted us with the finance and also the one who confirmed that we have to take the insurance without explaining the pro's and con's which i think was not fair, please think twice before making a decision buy a car by them
Please think twice if you ever want to buy a vechile through Citton Cars Gezina they promise you the moon and the start before signing the documents and then force you to take their insurance of which you have to pay interest on for the duration of the repayment of the vechile although the insurance is only valid for 2 years and then when it comes to claims 6 months down the line the insurance is not covering any the person who forced you to take the insurance cannot even answer her email. the sales person Benjamin who i informed from day one that there is a problem with the clutch is now nowhere to be found and the complaints department just confirmed that if i am unhappy i should report it to the ombudsman so please please please to help yourself do not buy any cars from them and if you do please make sure that they put everything in writing and do not believe they give after service because they do not give the after service they promise you
This was the utmost worst service I have received in my life, this persons has no way to talk to a person and are all in there for the money they cannot communicate on the phone they send whatsapp which is very unprofessional they make you wait for more than 2 hours before they assist you and send someone on behalf of them to you who cannot assist you in any way and prep the vehicle for what reason I have no idea I will not recommend the company at all.

A big big thank you to Anita Tau and her Manager from Discovery Insure who assisted us this morning with their quick response and making as feel at ease the whole time made us very comfortable and car was collected and delivered in no time, thank you
Poor Service or actually no service at all poor food quality and tasting Managers are nowhere to be found although they say that they are always available when complaining you get a no care attitude or be ignored the rest of the night, when requesting your bill for payment you wait 40 minutes but when you leave they can phone you in 5 minutes not sure that is how you do business according to the law when we are dissatisfied with the food we can bring it under the attention of the waiter which was not there to complain and either get a refund or should not have to pay for the quality we paid for so we complained afterwards and still nothing was done .
I have reported by faulty line today exactly 2 weeks ago ref: 147ATKC070518 and nobody to date has even contacted me regarding my faulty line I have since phoned 3 times with consultants telling me a different story every time. according the the 2nd agent the technician would have came to my house today at 13:55 I waited and waited nobody came or even phoned I phoned again and this time they told me that they are still working on the faulty line and cannot give me an exact time frame so I could be waiting another month who is to say how can they call this service according to the last consultant they have prioritise my call under reference ********** which means nothing because in 2 weeks they could not once phone you to arrange or sms event to say that they are still busy working on it this is the worst service I have ever received and the bull that they are selling you are all lies.
<p>I thought taking my kids with their friends there would be a very nice experience just to find out that they are stealing yoru money and taking your time that you paid in advance for. I booked for 8 kids the mega mania on 6 August 2017 from 12h00 to 2pm came there was helped very fiendly just to find out around 1pm that my kids was chased of the transpolines telling them that their time is up according the the wrist bads the guys gace then from 11 to 12 and from 12 to 1 so stealing almost an hour which costs R165.00 per hour is nothing my kids were very upset and said they do not want to go there again and they will not tell their friend about Bounce what a bad experience if you want to give specials please stick to it and tell your staff to check what they are doing before hand.</p>
<p>Placed by order on the 16th of March 2017 and paid by eft directly under order number ORDER ********** 16 money went off directly from my account Zando only informed by by the 20th of March 2017 that my order is being processed after me following it up today i was informed that delivery is only scheduled to be delivered between the 30th of March 2017 and the 6th of April 2017 when I complained and said that this was never correspondend to me I was simply asked if i want to cancel my order and repayment will also take 14 days what to do? do i wait and see? or do i ask my money back and also wait and see??? this is not their problem your choice either you wait it our or they refund you but both will take the same time, and this reminds me why i do not order over the internet gave them a chance and was dissapointented once again</p>
<p>i still do not have my wi fi router and tommorow cellc will decudt their money but for 1 month i could not have used my wifi as per my contract it was send for repair and i paid for it when i phoned cell c yesterday they said it was dispatch to be delivered to cell c kollande yesterday afternoon, i phoned this morning and Cell C kollande said it is still in dispatch so who is lying now how do I get the service that i was promised when i took out the contract is this fair to me as a customer for not being able to use my wifi and still pay cell c because they do not worry as long as they get their money (: (: (: and all they can say is sorry.......</p>
<p>and then again no assistance can be provided as per their Motto.... sorry we can not assist you as it takes 7 to 21 days and no loan units are avaialbe, so what happens to my data for 7 tot 21 days as this can not be carried over but at the end of the month Cell C want's their money what do I as the customer gain and this is only a loss for me and a gain for Cell C , i can not use my unit and they do not care because they get their money as usual... what to do??????????????????????</p>
