Assessment report for claim logged in Dec 2022
Hi Team
I logged my claim week of Dec 2022 and my vehicle was towed to Lar-Tech for assessment. In Dec 2022 Lar-tech was working the entire Dec 2022. The has been delays to send pics and vehicle to be assessed. On 23 Jan 2023 my car was booked at VW for assessment.
Today is 27 Jan 2023 and there is still no communication from Lar-Tech regarding the status of my vehicle. We heading to Feb 2023 month where no clarity is feasible. Very disappointed and exhausted with email follow ups.

I am aware of the delay on your claim as the insurance send us two claim number for the same incident. We requested towing from insurance, it took long to be approved. There were additional unseen damages that resulted in the vehicle being written off. Apology for service and delays you experienced. We are working our brand
