Stay away from Lar-Tech Panel Beaters
Lar-Tech overpromises and under-delivers. You cannot get a straight answer from them. They undertook to complete small repairs in 5-7 working days. Its now over 11 working days and still word on the actual completion date. Their feedback is very generic and you cannot get a straight answer.
They were recommended by Discovery Insure. Stay away from them. Rather use someone reputable.

The estimate said +-5/7 working days. We do not have control over parts availability and delivery. The suppliers allocated by Discovery doesn't have parts. We had to source from different suppliers, and we are working hard to get back your vehicle.
It is also stated on authorization that we cannot be held accountable for parts if they are not available. it is a national crisis, and unfortunately that causes the delay on delivery of vehicle.
