I bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars in first week of January 2024. The change of ownership took forever. When I finally received the change of ownership, i have to get a roadworthy certificate. When I bought the vehicle, We Buy Cars gave me a Dekra voucher. But it only lasts for 60 days. And because We Buy Cars took so long to change the ownership, the voucher has expired. Be fair, the fault was yours We Buy Cars. Give me a new Dekra voucher!!!!!
I received great service from Santam. They were efficient and proactively responded to my hail damage claim. Keep it up Santam.
I am having a really bad experience in getting my claim processed and finalized. It's just one consultant after another. I cannot get any straight answers. On top of that I get a call from the autobody repairers telling me they are ready to order parts. I don't know what Discovery Insure has assessed and what they have approved. They are really dreadful to deal with.
It is extremely frustrating to get my Virgin Active gym membership cancelled. First their systems are slow and the call takes forever. Second, they cannot find all the family members. Thirdly each family member must call Virgin Active themselves. They also cannot give you anything in writing to confirm cancellation. This really does not make business sense. They really make it difficult bordering on *********
Its Saturday and the fibre connection has gone down. Cant get hold of Corlink. Their business number goes to a cellphone that is switched off. Cant log a issue on their website because that is hopeless and not user friendly. This seems like a 1 person operation.
Lar-Tech overpromises and under-delivers. You cannot get a straight answer from them. They undertook to complete small repairs in 5-7 working days. Its now over 11 working days and still word on the actual completion date. Their feedback is very generic and you cannot get a straight answer. They were recommended by Discovery Insure. Stay away from them. Rather use someone reputable.
I purchased a vehicle on 29 May 2022. It is now 5 July. I have not heard anything from We Buy Cars since then around the transfer of ownership. Terrible service. The licence disk has expired. I had to pay an additional amount of R350 to We Buy Cars to get a temporary license, and that is about to expire. This is such a money making scheme. It seems that poor service can actually make you money. I need the transfer of ownership so that I can licence the vehicle and legally drive it.
Discovery has so many useful platforms to engage them - web, app, call centre, whatsapp etc. However their service is dreadful. So it does not matter how efficiently you get your query to Discovery, you still received the same inefficient service. I've had outstanding claims for payments made directly to medical specialists, sent these claims to Discovery weeks back and still no response. All shine outside, but hollow service inside - that's the best way to describe Discovery Health.
Discovery Health suddenly changed my self payment gap balance without any notice. I asked for a reconciliation outlining how Discovery got to my SPG balance. I was sent an excel spreadsheet with many errors. I spoke to a call centre agent - Zama Khumalo. Highly incompetent. Put me on hold for long periods of time. She could not give me any responses to my questions. The call took an hour and then got cut off. I had to carry the cost of the call to no avail. Discovery is so incompetent. They place the burden on their members.
I have a leaking roof and put a claim with OUTsurance. Despite explaining to them the urgency of my situation and the continuing rain that is coming into my house, their assessor came only a week later. Then another week has passed, and I still have no idea about my claim. Cannot get hold of my claims advisor. Does not respond to emails or calls. The call centre gives me apologies but no service.
