When I initially joined Corlink, they were friendly and helpful and I was happy with the service. I then moved to a different house where I didn't know they had no coverage. Since their payments are in advance they deducted the payment for a month where they rendered no service to me, when they had to refud me, they argued that I had not given them 30 days cancellation notice, as if I cancelled out of my own will. They also cited I was supposed to advise them before moving etc. As a result I had to pay 2 service providers for the same thing. This is unfair, taking advantage and capitalising on a technicality that is not applicable and never communicated and that I never signed for. The excuse about me not telling them about my move is a policy only app**** to me clearly because when I spoke to Zama, she promised to speak to Finance. I had to be the one following up when a week passed without feedback. I will never recommend or use Corlink again.

Hi, I've been assisted with passion from the Team without any hesitation. They really saved me lots of times when I come behind with my payments, their service is really tops, they're so understanding. I can recommend the network to other people around, for the good quality service they offer.

Amazing customer service, I got helped by a lady called Zama. She is always very friendly, professional and patient. She is absolutely amazing and the product is working perfectly fine 24/7 no problems at all.. Corlink is the best and I would recommend it to everyone who's looking to experience and enjoy internet. Thank you Zama and Corlink.. you guys are the best and I'm so happy πππππππ

Amazing customer service, I got helped by a lady called Zama. She is always very friendly, professional and patient. She is absolutely amazing and the product is working perfectly fine 24/7 no problems at all.. Corlink is the best and I would recommend it to everyone who's looking to experience and enjoy internet. My debit is set for the 15th of every month but last week, I received an email stating that I am late with my payment and I need to make payment urgently before I am disconnected. This email came through on the 7th of December. Apart from me moving house and asking for a transfer of address which they did, I was withought fibre for 5 days and I think it is unfair that I pay for those days. I requested an adjusted statement to make payment from last week and they read my messages and donβt respond. They offer a great deal that they will get back to you within 24hrs. Itβs been longer than that! Why have a WhatsApp number +27 68 333 3553 yet they do not respond in a timely manner!!!! I want to pay my December bill but do not have the correct amount! Why is this so hard to do?

In a recent communication sent on 25 Aug 2023, Corlink informed its valued clients about upcoming changes in their service offerings and pricing structure, set to be effective from the 1st of September. While change can be inevitable in the business world, I'm left feeling quite disappointed and frustrated by the way these changes have been implemented. Firstly, the email detailed the removal of several service options, including the 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 200 Mbps packages. For those of us who have been using these packages, it's disheartening to see them being discontinued. These packages have been an integral part of our internet usage, catering to different needs and preferences, and their removal feels like a step in the wrong direction. Moreover, the price adjustments for the remaining packages have left many of us scratching our heads. While Corlink claims to be offering "amazing deals" on residential internet packages, the reality is that there are significant price increases for most of the available options. For example, the 500 Mbps package, previously priced at R1495, will now cost R1145 β a change of R350. Similar price hikes are seen across other packages, making it harder for loyal customers like myself to continue enjoying the same level of service without breaking the bank. I believe that a company's relationship with its customers is built on transparency, fairness, and mutual respect. These recent changes at Corlink seem to disregard these principles. As customers, we deserve more than just a notification email β we deserve a thorough explanation of the rationale behind these changes and a chance to voice our concerns. CORLINK was amazing. Signed up on Monday. Set up o. Tuesday. Up and running fibre network on Wednesday morning. AYANDA is efficient, resourceful and his service is outstanding. Very impressed.

I must say that taking Corlink was the best decision I have made when it comes to Fibre I wouldn't of done this without Ayanda very very helpful and has the best customer service soft skills wow Ayanda Corlink is blessed to have such a person as soft skills when working with people is very important I really appreciate your patient as well and your fast response when I ask Questions I hope God continue showering with blessings so you can grow within the company and get a greater position

I must say that taking Corlink was the best decision I have made when it comes to Fibre I wouldn't of done this without Ayanda very very helpful and has the best customer service soft skills wow Ayanda Corlink is blessed to have such a person as soft skills when working with people is very important I really appreciate your patient as well and your fast response when I ask Questions I hope God continue showering with blessings so you can grow within the company and get a greater position

Turnaround time and installation was within 24 hours. Hassle free 14 months with them. Queries handled immediately and communication is superb. Would like to mention 2 staff members Malcolm and Zama they are stars..
