Two weeks ago, I purchased goods online and was informed by Sixty60 that my bank did not authorise payment so they cancelled the order. I was given the option to re-order, which I did. My goods were delivered. Sixty60 double debited my account, for the first and second order. I contacted my bank to verify this and was informed that it was my responsibility to claim my money back from Sixty60. I have phoned Sixty60 eight times, emailed them twice, furnished proof with my bank statement and was promised that my money would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours a week ago. To date, I am informed by the call center staff that all they can do is escalate to second level management and I have no joy. This is fraudulent, disgusting service and dishonest. I did not cancel the order!!! I did not budget for this dishonest practice!!! It is costing me more to get what is rightfully mine. Checkers... Stop your fraudulent practices.
