Laserderm offered a 50 % discount off laser hair removals in May. I called to book an appointment, having been a longstanding client for years. They tell me their machine is broken and they will call when it's fixed. I hear nothing. I call back 2 weeks later. The woman says yes the machine is fixed but when I say I want to come in and take advantage of the discount she says I can't, as it is only for new clients!!!! Not existing clients wanting to work on an existing area. With that attitude they have lost me as a client FOR GOOD!!
