Poor feedback
Very poor customer service. I have emailed over 13 days ago for a simple query and nobody chose to get back to me. I have went with another aesthetics clinic for their 100 % better customer service.

Worst Receptionists Laserderm
Every time I go to get a treatment done, I am not greeted by any staff or offered something to drink (they are supposed to by conduct). They are rude on the phone, don't even know how long treatments and are always using work phone for private calls. I dread going to this place

On the 24 April 2015 - i had CORE laser work done on my face at Lazerderm in Dunkeld . I was told all the scars on my face would be healed . I paid R16000 , had to take 10 days off and was told 3 months after the procedure my scars would be gone . 3 Months later i went back to the Doctor only to be told that it would have to be done over again I have no improvement at all in my scars , no pictures were taken for some reason .I feel this is very unfair I have been through a lot of pain and discomfort for nothing .

Take your special offer and shove it!!
Laserderm offered a 50 % discount off laser hair removals in May. I called to book an appointment, having been a longstanding client for years. They tell me their machine is broken and they will call when it's fixed. I hear nothing. I call back 2 weeks later. The woman says yes the machine is fixed but when I say I want to come in and take advantage of the discount she says I can't, as it is only for new clients!!!! Not existing clients wanting to work on an existing area. With that attitude they have lost me as a client FOR GOOD!!

TANDEKHA IS THE BEST LASER PRACTITIONER THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED (AND I HAVE USED A LOT!). SHE IS KIND, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, TRUTHFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND IS EXCELLENT AT HER JOB. SHE ENSURES SHE LASER EVERY AREA THAT YOU PAY FOR PROPERLY, AND THEREBY ENSURES VALUE FOR MONEY. ALTHOUGH THIS CLINIC IS NOT ON MY WAY, I MAKE SURE THAT SHE IS THE ONLY LASER PRACTICE I USE.
