I am very pleased with Naked insurance and their service. I was initially pleased with the signup process and efficiency of the app, however the claims process was just as simple. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who likes hassle-free and mostly paper free service.
They sell cars according to a falsified dekra report. Bought a car 1.5 weeks ago and the tyres sold to me and pictured on the Dekra report were different. The Dekra report had initially stated all items that needed replacing. These were replaced at my cost. 3 rims were buckled. All of which were NOT stated on the report. They have since paid for the two rear tyres and repair of 3 rims. The car was sent for servicing and nobody told me that the brake plates needed replacing. The person doing repairs advised that that was causing a shuddering noise and needed repair. Webuycars refused any liability and said that it was wear and tear. What wear and tear? I've had the car for 10 days. If there was so called " wear and tear issues" I'd have liked to have known in the Dekra report, as many other cars I've viewed for purchase had stated the brakes needed to be replaced on them. WHY WAS THE REPORT NOT STATING THIS ON MY CAR?! Why was the service that was apparently done and paid for not stating I had an issue. IF I were aware of the nearly R20000 cost of these repairs that needed to be done by the so called Dekra report then I WOULD NOT have purchased the vehicle. I'm of the opinion that someone at Dekra is receiving kickbacks for under reporting. They were told to do a service. And I was not aware there were any issues with the vehicle whatsoever. How can there suddenly be one now?! They've sold a car to me with ABSOLUTELY FALSE REPRESENTATION OF WHAT I WAS BUYING. If I was AWARE of the faults, I would've easily took another motor vehicle. I'm disgusted by the response the company has given me telling me that "in no way did they state the car was roadworthy" Why was finance applied for and approved if the vehicle was not vouched for in terms of its 'roadworthiness" What do you have "DEKRA" reports for? If they're just there to lie to me that the vehicle is in a roadwprthy condition When initially stating the repairs I had to do on the car they told me it is to make the car "roadworthy" but now apparently they are not responsible for ensuring its roadworthy. I'm of the opinion that this company behaves in an underhanded manner and should not be trusted with your hard earned money.
Very poor customer service. I have emailed over 13 days ago for a simple query and nobody chose to get back to me. I have went with another aesthetics clinic for their 100 % better customer service.
Steers Trade Route Mall The staff at Steers dont respect religious views. I had ordered something in chicken and the lady at the counter gives me beef. I return it and let her know she made a mistake with my order and that i am very strictly against eating beef due to religious reasons. She was very reluctant to accept her mistake and her staff starts complaining about making the order again. She then takes it and says she will make a new burger for me. I collect the order and i find beef (macon) pieces half stripped out again, she had obviously just removed the beef burger and put in chicken on the very same thing i had gotten before. That would be the only thing explaining the half pulled put pieces that i had removed. I take it back to counter and nobody offers me a refund. Instead we are met by attitude issues because the staff dont want to rectify their MISTAKE for something i already PAID for. This is disgusting and shows utter disrespect for other religions. This is the new south africa. I had understood they made a mistake in the order even though they seemed intolerant to my request. But repackaging the same thing with beef in it and handing it to me like i wouldnt notice is a crime. I ate a piece of that burger. Who corrects this mistake i have made against my religious beliefs that I've followed my entire life?. The second time was clearly not a mistake. This is wrong.
<p>I went there with 3 friends.</p> <p>Two were wearing sneakers and the bouncer at the front told us that would be R50 each payment.</p> <p>I dont know if there was a payment for wearing sneakers, but the guy let every other set of people in with sneakers and didnt charge them. </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed as we had almost paid in the money, the bouncer then knew that he was not allowed to take the mpney and asked the waiter to charge it onto our bill, afterwhich we were met with arrogance and him not wanting to respond. told him we would leave and did.</p> <p>This is not right. I was going to the Galaxy Grill restaurant at Gateway Theatre of Shopping earlier today. After being seated in the restaurant and being handed menus, the staff disappear, no signs of waiters or anyone to check on us, which was disappointing as the restaurant was not even half full. After 15 minutes of waiting we signal to a waitress to order or send our waiter, she acknowledges us but carries on as normal without calling our waiter. After 2-3 more attempts by my children and I to signal a waiter, still nobody comes to us. We were extremely disappointed as each person is pretending they haven't seen us and talking and laughing in their group of waiters. We then decide to leave the restaurant and my husband says to the 2 ladies behind the counter who were serving for the buffet, that the service was extremely hopeless. Afterwhich she told us that we must \never come in there again". I'm extremely disgusted by the attitude of your staff. She then goes to gossip in her group not even apologizing to us for the delay! We received wonderful treatment at the Westville branch with friendly staff. Please fire her!! I will never return to this restaurant. """
