What an amazing experience on a Buffet day on Thursday. Their spare ribs are to die for.. situated in the heart of Mhlanga's most safe Mall.. The Gateway Mall.. The staff is friendly and clean. The restaurant is Speak and Span. I love it🌹💐🌺👐💚💚🧡💜

Bad breakfast day at galaxy Grill- learn don't defend your style of cooking
Been to Galaxy Grill umlanga for breakfast on the 29 September with my best friend. Walked into this place and got a welcome from a guard. As I walked in a lady who was elderly served us and was abit confused to the menu even went back to ask if they have so and so anyways long story short We have ordered breakfast my plate was fine as I ordered for fully done eggs anyways my friend asked for sunny side up well it arrived more like sunny side raw the while part was more like jelly anyways complained and ask for a new one the lady goes upto the manager and they requested for a new batch well guess what the same occurred raw slimy sunny side up..... They even took sooo long to make it.... We was so hungry that we said enough of fighting let's just eat what's cooked.... Manager comes up to us and ask everything fine? Stated yeah its okay it's still raw but the manager was a young guy looked like his around his 20z he stated but isn't you ordered for sunny side up and that's why we make it like that was Soooo rude anyways..... Your guys breakfast would be great if u take bad feedback and make it better don't cross the line by defending how yourll cook coz if I had to cook it ill show u what's sunny side up looks like cooked egg however the yoke must be raw..... I have pictures I'll share here

Bad service at Gateway Galaxy Grill with management too.
The service was bad truly speaking the waiter asked for a tip and then told us the restaurant is closed when we wanted to order our next round even worse when we asked for the manager her said he will fire the employee but said to write a statement and gave me a serviette to write. He as well looked intoxicated and didn't give me his real name. This was the worst I ever got in my whole life. We were spending our own money but treated like we spending g their money management was awful and not helpful.

Galaxy Grill Greenacres
I travel all the way from Uitenhage to have my eakfast there anyday, it has the best food, servic and prce and we thank you never let that down, we have been fortunate to have sampled a number of restraunts in the PE/Uitenahge area and Galaxy Grill Greenacres is by far the best and would recomend it anyday to anyone. Thank you for the amazing food, service and price, we will see you soon again.

Galaxy Grill Greenacres

Good vibes at Galaxy
The vibe is really cool at this restaurant. However the food is not so grand. I've only been here once however. Maybe I'll visit this #BlackFriday

I am digusted at the service we received from both galaxy the gaming and from the resturant itself! We had no service where we actuallybwoke up and left... There is a manager who told us "Just wait" He has no manners and he is so rude We waited 20 minutes to receive the money we won in the machine section of the facility! Pavilion galaxy has left the worse taste in mouth and as a family we would never be back to this establishment! Is this the manner in which you treat your customers? I am shocked that you guys are still opened Please train your staff and tech them manners at least!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a manager who told us "Just wait" He has no manners and he is so rude We waited 20 minutes to receive the money we won in the machine section of the facility! Pavilion galaxy has left the worse taste in mouth and as a family we would never be back to this establishment! Is this the manner in which you treat your customers? Manager saves the Day
Recently had an rather disappointing experience at galaxy grill Pavilion.However the senior manager Sebastian contacted us telephonically and offered to change our whole dinning experience.He was nothing short of amazing.We did go back and the service was outstanding and the meals on point.Would recommend this establishment and rate them 5 stars

Excellent Food, Affordable Prices and Great Service,
<p>We decided to try something different today for breakfast and we're pleasantly surprised by the service, food and pricing at Galaxy Grill Pavilion. A massive plate of food for breakfast, at very affordable prices, and our waitron was friendly, on the ball and didn't pester or give us attitude as we have experienced recently at other restaurants. Will definitely be going back! </p>
