We purchased the genius 10 in 1 over the course of the weekend! I opend the box at home to find that an item was missing I emailed to check if the item can be replaced The gentleman who is corresponding with me, is making it seem as if I am looking for a freebie item After sending pictures.. sending receipts what more is needed? Why would I pay R1500 for something and then want a damn item for free? Does that make an sense
Hollywood i am left in dismay with your services Firstly we do use our app a lot Secondly we had money which we really needed!We go to the chatsworth branch to withdraw it.. they advised of a limit no problem.. even though its our money and when we deposit you dont question how much we are depositing ... Waited 15 minutes with a staff named Manisha who didnt know what she was doing ... they waited for my cash ... The lady said no problem you can take R5000 now and EFT yourself the balance i said please check and make sure i can do this .. she responded yes and proceeded to show me exactly how.. I said dont you need fica documents.. she phoned the call centre they said its fine i can EFT the money.. So i waited another 30 minutes to be told no they cant issue me with the R5000 i said fine i waited 45 minutes Can i just EFT the entire amount which they said yes no problem you will have it in your account for sure in 48 hours Which i did knowing i needed this money very badly and either way its my winnings Now the money is not in my account.. i dont have any assurance when it will be in my account.. the money is not reflecting on the app for me to either way do in ewallet for if Now it should not be so hard to get money out of the app. My salary is late and now my baby is short on milk So tell me how nicely do you guys feel? To whom it may concern We write to you in total shame with the quality of the below product. Firstly lately we have been having endless problems with woolworths however always give you guys a chance! From late delieveries to funds not reversed to cancellation of orders the list is endless. We have never been compensated for this horrific service. We shop at woolworths for the quality of products as well as the the convenience of the delivery.. So lets get to the point now about this product.. it was off smelling, soaked in vinegar.. no taste of HOT as well.. it made my husband immediately vomit and we are sorrowful for even purchasing yhis product I am trying so hard to keep calm

Online service is dismal I ordered baby items online on Saturday Tuesday an email that wasnt very professional was received stating YOU guys messed up on the sizing on your website and will refund my funds or i can take a smaller size So i respond asking why dont you just give me substantial items which i added the sku to the same value I received an email stating that i can take the smaller size and go change it in store or accept the refund Now realistically why would i do that when its an online purchase wouldnt the point of that be to aviod the stores? And why are you not resolving the issue of the incorrect sizes being mentioned This is so sad from such a massive retail store to have such pathetic customer services and clearly no knowledge on the terminology ONLINE SHOPPING You guys mess up and hold customer responsible
Woolworths online you have left me speechless!Your service is atrocious, i had to call 3 times in 4 days to get assistance! The agents seem to have a no care slow attitude ... each time i was on hold for a very long time I ordered online and called to cancel... within an hour!Still the funds reflect out of my account and i kept getting emails about my delivery of goods First agent said no the funds was not taken off my account.. well i didnt know she monitors my account Second agent had me on hold forever confirmed my order was cancelled so called call the bank to release the funds Third agent had me online for 20 minutes while she called driver to check if i was on the delievery schedule and then she called bank again ... Listen guys you not doing anyone a favour .. your prices are high compared to other stores so you should actually make up for it in your customer services .. I am digusted at the manner this was handled, who will pay my phone bill? Who will sort out now the running around with the bank? Do your consultants not leave remarks or notes on an order? Because each call was treated like they knew nothing about it Come now common senses would say leave a remark to state you inter-acted with me making it easier on the next agent Please look at how much i purchase from Woolworths online I will be posting this all over social media tp alert the public about the standards of WOOLWORTHS SOUTH AFRICA! Westville PRIVATE hospital I am a first time mum who happened to use a gyne who practices at Westville hospital I am actually writing this review still admitted in hospital! In all honesty you guys have made this the worse experience one could ever go thru! Where do you want me to begin? Firstly i waiter for a bed in maternity for 3 hours ... before admission because its a busy baby weekend! Secondly the rooms are dusty and dirty... we had to whip down our own food trolley to eat! Thirdly your staff is just rude!Not all of them hats off to two pleasant ladies who assisted me on my first night and i prayed they never go go home! The first lady Wendy.. rude!Needs some people s****s... the second lady oh my GOD even worse! We complained to higher management about her same time and nothing was done We requested a private room.. one lady says no there is none and next minute we signing for one.. confusion? The room was only ready at 4 which is ridiculous to be honest!We waited for the room and to be charged is insane because we never used the room privileges Being a private room.. I hardly ever saw the nurses unless just for pressure or someone comes with food ... my bed didnt work and my bell too.... 2nd Night now and im waiting for maintaince to come sort the bell out! My room here is also dusty.. we cleaned it ourselves! There is an awesome lady named remona from nursery who possibly was only awesome someone to work with.. londiwe as well the night staff and the cleaning lady wendy The rest needs attitude adjustments and to realise they work in a place where its their duty to help someone! They choose this pathway in life, we didnt choose it for them!If i am at work im there to do my work and not expect to do my own business! I will not be fitting the bill for private ward until they compensate me for doing things on my damn own! Really? My medication gets left on the table but my file says i took it? Come hours later and the cleaner asking if i must throw it away? I had to then take my own medication? And dosage under what? Okay the nursery staff.. AWESOME Honestly this hospital is horrific and unless life or death would i ever be back to this establishment! I will also spread the word to family and friends.. not forgetting discovery medical aid having this as one of their listed hospitals? Poor service , unhygienic .. unimaginable
