18/7 After calling in to reserve table for 6 and asked abt the waiting time as improved was assured it as.Served cold meals;Pizza was salty.Waitress took down 6 orders and brought 5 meals to table.Not worth the hype or money spent.Roccomammas is still the OG.Staff not trained.
It as been the most frustrating experience having to deal with Renita Janse Van Rensburg-Senior Administrator | Operations and Administration.This particular individual is most definitely bringing the company and the brand itself into disrepute. She is rude,unprofessional and ***********.Over the 5 months that we have been dealing with her she as not once answered the listed telephone.Her telephone line goes directly to voicemail and you have to beg to get a call back. We would have considered re investing the pension fund payment out to my dad but due to the lack of service from Ms Rensburg we have reconsidered and decided to go with another financial company.We have been given the run around by Renita.No time frames were given initially and it was only when We enquired about Alex Forbes TAT did she very reluctant inform of of the TAT.No communication whatsoever from her and numerous requests for duplicate affidavits and paperwork.She seemed fed up and annoyed that the family were making enquiries and always reluctant to speak. A payment was made on the 13/9/2023 without informing the beneficiary of this said payment.Not even a curtesy phone call.Only when i enquired on the 18/9/23 about when can we receive payment we were informed that its already done.Alex forbes did not provide us with a invoice or IRP5 form.Theses are legal documents that are required by the attorney and high commissioner when dealing with deceased estates..Does alex forbes not know this? Only received the IRP5 and invoice after I requesting them.Incorrect invoice was sent by Renita which resulted in FNB putting a lock on the account as the amount on the invoice and the amount paid out did not match.I would not recommend Alex Forbes to anyone.Their service is below standard or non existent.Rather invest your money with sanlam.Their process was quick and done painlessly. We went to suncoast cine centre for the real deal promo. our movie of choice was Marry Me.The movie itself of such a poor quality.Sound was even worst.Could not understand a word.The lights was never switched off.The forthcoming attractions clips were cut off.When we asked to speak to the manager we were informed they are closing and he as already left..to call in the morning.What a total waste of money.Can someone at cine centre suncoast contact me urgently..it was 5 movie tickets and I would like a refund or a redo . 0726653839
I was referred to Quinton RCI manager on the resort as a permanent rental residence had issues with us time share guests using the laundry facilities The housekeeping guests informed us these residents have issues with all the time share guests.Quinton became agitated and biased towards us.Stating the permanent rentals have more rights than timeshare guests.He was very racist towards me as a black south African and displayed hate towards women in general. He enquired from my husband how do you live with this'meaning me'.My husband is not a confrontational person who just let this remark slide as it would have ruined our holiday.This review is yo warn anyone who is thinking of buying RCI timeshare..DONT..they have rude racist staff and the after sales service is non existent..read all the other bad reviews.If this reaches management.. please pull out the camera footage as Quinton stormed off whilst we were still there.
Went in to return xmas gift at gateway branch.Had original price and shoes were in original condition .It was a gift so no receipt ..R450..Customer service Vanessa was not helpful told me to call customer call centre.I then requested to speak to store manager who called up the customer centre manager.Why was I being given the run around when the manager was in the store?Spent 45 minutes waiting for assistance.This was a gift.In it's original condition.Was not looking for a refund but merely an voucher as size was incorrect.Poor service by Vanessa who kept rolling her eyes.Left the gateway store with no resolution.Have been customers of Woolworth for over a decade now ..will need to re evaluate this.
Requested chicked with extra basting sauce as previous history with this particular branch in malvern queensburgh they serve dry chicken.Came home and found dry dehydrated chicken again.This is the limit.How is this queensburgh malvern franchise a disgrace to the nandos branding.Chicken was cold..like it was done hours ago and left standing to be collected. Please note I went into the store to order and they were not busy.Order was done in minutes.This is by far such an expensive take out in these tough economic conditions that we find ourselves in.No sachet sauce given.This particular franchise is always on social media for substandard service and nandos chicken served.I have pics.kindly contact me.Receipt number 477
Purchased a hyperli voucher for a full body couples spa at the above Spa.Numerous attempts to contact the spa to make a booking as been fruitless.However they do answer the phone but as soon as you say it's a hyperli voucher they inform you they will call you back to no avail.I have emailed, contacted their landline,cell phone but no response.Please do not purchase a voucher for this Spa..they do not honour it
